Chapter 4

S U M M E R

I woke up at 5:30 in the morning. Our classes will start at 8 and I'm so early. I decided na maaga pumunta ng school that's why 6:40 palang nandito na ako.

Imagine that kakapasok ko palang kahapon and naging President agad ako? How ironic. And I don't want to have any bad impressions as a President kahit hindi ko naman ginusto at wala namang pumilit sakanila na iboto ako.

I roamed around the university dahil wala trip ko lang. Ghad this is frustrating! I'm a bitch I know and how do you expect me as a President?! Why?! Curse who nominated me!

Tumunog ang cellphone ko senyales na may nagtext. Who might that be? Tiningnan ko nalang kesa manghula pa ko dito at mag mukhang tanga.

Anak! Pakisundo mamaya si Heaven after ng class mo ha? Sabay na kayo umuwi! Wag mo kalimutan.

Napamura nalang ako ng ilang milyong beses sa utak ko. Damn! Putanginang Heaven yan! Hindi ba niya kaya magsolo at pati ako ginagawang taga sundo niya? Buti sana kung ako si kamatayan at walang pagaatubiling susunduin ko na siya para mawala na siya sa mundong to!

Kabwiset naman oh! Hindi ko na nireplyan si mama! Kabanas silang lahat. Bahala siya umuwi mag isa niya. One more thing, may meeting ang class officers mamaya and late ako makakauwi. I think that's enough reason para hindi ko siya masundo.

Nagdesisyon na akong pumunta sa classroom. Nagulat pa ako nang makita sila Spring at Winter na nasa loob na pala. Spring just nodded while I raised my eyebrow as a sign of greeting too!

Shocked? Whatever! Si Winter naman ay naka-ubob sa desk that's why she didn't noticed my presence which I don't give a damn about it.

Maaga rin pala sila? Or maaga sila dahil Officer na sila? Well? Why do I care!

"I'm always early.. same as Winter" biglang sabi ni Spring as if she read or heard what's on my mind.

"Oh.." tanging naiusal ko.

What am I supposed to say right? I don't even know her. But I was amazed how she handled the class when they were busy annoying us— the transferees.

"You know what? Why don't we join each other? I mean—"  I cut her off.

"Yeah, lunch break? Or recess? Sure that's a great idea!" I said while raising an eyebrow.

"Okay.. we should tell the others" sabi nito.

"No need." Biglang sabat ng isang boses. And there we saw them

Jaxel, Kace, Autumn, Pierce and there's another guy. What is his name again? Sorry I wasn't listening to their intros.

"You look confused.. My name is August" pakilala nito.

I raised my eyebrow to acknowledge him.

"Ang aga niyo naman hahaha!" Sabi ni Pierce.

"Tss." Oh she's awake!
