Heylo lovely readers! This chapter is dedicated to Lonely_butterfly for inspiring me to continue writing. In fact, she inspired me so much that I couldn't stop writing.Thank you so so much. I thank all of you for sparing some time to read this. You guys are amazing! :)

Now I suggest before you start reading you find a very comfy spot, some snacks, drinks, a clean touchpad/LCD (for good scrolling), and perhaps some tissues, because this is going to be a LONG read compared to my other chapters. :D...

Also, there is a song to the right that's supposed to play at a part so whenever I say "play now", play it and continue reading. Don't wait till the actual singing starts... just start reading once it plays.

Love every single one of you guys! Enjoy

"Alex!... Alex! Get up! They're here! We have to go! Get up!..." Someone loudly whispered in my ear. I guess it was Riley shaking me like that. I was still clueless about what she was saying but I pushed myself out the covers to reveal Riley's panic-stricken look.

My mood suddenly changed. I shook my head wanting her to repeat what she said, but instead she pulled my hand and ran up the stairs. I tried to catch up to her but I was still sleepy. I didn't know where she was taking me but it scared me. I reached for the railing to keep me from tripping as she pulled me up the the last few stairs.

Suddenly, I slipped on a step and fell on my knees. Riley's fingers were still locked in with mine. We were panting but I didn't know why I was. She kept calling my name and urging me to get up quickly. But my knees were sore and I felt like life was being taken out of me. It hurt terribly. I didn't know exactly where the pain was coming from but it just did.

 "I can't Riley! Just...Just go!..." I cried.

"Come on, get up... you can do this... the door's right there..." she gave me a hopeless glance, then, she let go of my hand, glanced at the door, and ran off.

She harshly pulled on the old doorknob until the door cracked open. A tear ran down her cheek before she closed the door behind her. I was still trying my hardest to get up when I heard a bunch of people come in from the back door. They were all dressed in uniform and held their guns towards me. My heart stopped.

...Police!

"Stop!Police!Stop right there!"one of them commanded. My jaw dropped. I was done. Everything I'd done to stay alive... it was over. This is it. The end of my life. Wow. It happened so quickly. Seriously? This fast??? Life? Is that how you finish this all for me? I just wish... I wish... I could apologize to Ed...And thank him. That's all I wanted to do before I was over with. I know it's stupid but it's all I wanted.

I yelled for Riley, tears gathering in my eyes. "No!Please... don't-" I begged as they ran up the stairs and pulled back my hands to put handcuffs around them.

"Alex! Wake up..." someone was shaking me. I sat up quickly panting while looking around to see if I was in a police car. What? Why was Riley next to me? I thought she -

"You were dreaming... I was trying to wake you up but you kept begging and screaming" I looked at her confused and then took a deep breath.

 "Are...Are you okay now?"she asked.

I nodded and got up to go to the bathroom. I locked the bathroom door behind me and starred at myself in the mirror. I pressed my forehead against it trying to clear my mind out but all I could think of was Ed. My head told me that he hated me and he always wanted me to go, but deep inside something was telling me that I should go back home. But how? How am I going to clean up this mess I made? I disapprovingly shook my head at myself.
