Doctor what is the problem ...is my wife ok ? Cayden asked...she is fine but she is being stressed too much and there is a threat to her pregnancy ...she is under too much stress and might miscarry...... Cayden knew he was the cause of this stress ....God protect my wife and my kid please ...he prayed silently...Cayden looked at Tanya with contempt he once loved her but he hated that she wanted to destroy his marriage ...He decided to give Tanya a visit and tell her what he really thought, he left his wife with her dad and drove to Milton park where she was staying with his mother .As soon as he entered tanya jumped and hugged Cayden as if they were in some sort of relationship  ... stop it Tanya l don't want any jokes ..who are you to me to hug me like this...he screamed....do you know the pain you are causing me...you left me knowing how much l loved you..you went abroad and left me heartbroken and now you want another go with me....my marriage Is important and l will never give it up for you at all.....no Cayden l can't raise a kid alone l am even ready to be a second wife ...what ??? Cayden shouted you are the one who left me l waited but you refused to come back now that l am married you want me again that stupid and you know it.....Cayden said ....his mother entered that moment smiling l hope you are in the right mind because we need to discuss marriage negotiations l mean Tanya is a keeper look at her..no mum l will not marry anyone else Leslie is enough for me but if you are lonely you can marry her yourself ...Cayden said turning to Tanya l am so sorry for all this ...l will take care of my own baby so do nor worry as for taking another wife hell no Leslie is a handful for me l can't handle another lady ..she is a blessing to me and l will never hurt her in any way...with that he left ..

As a was in the hospital l realized l owed a lot to my baby and stressing was going to have a risk on me and my child...daily l got better and when l was discharged l could feel that Cayden was more worried about me than before..We decided that l went for a holiday in Italy and it was a perfect idea. I arrived in Italy very tired ...my driver was running around arranging the cars to take us to the villa ..l entered with a smile touching my belly l talked to my unborn  baby to my other world .. you are lucky baby l have it all laid out for you.all you need to do is be good to mommy and be strong ..l laughed loud realizing l was talking alone ...l need to goggle about pregnancy l reminded myself...my Italian maids came to me they were black Italians who l chose from the wine farms they were good people who love and respected me...they always made sure the villa was comfortable for me and l loved just the fact that they were my own family .my tradition was to eat together no matter what so they served food and in total with me we were eleven ...l was never lonely l was blessed with good workers

I called Cayden informing him that l arrived well he was excited but told me to be strong for he was doing his best for us....Days became weeks and weeks months l was so much involved in my business that l did not notice sometimes l work too much l told myself... Only a day to go back home l reminded myself...all this time l had forced my cook to teach me different types of recipes l was proud of myself ..my belly was now huge and l was loving the kicks and everything else. l was going back home because l wanted my baby to be born in my mother land that is what Cayden wanted.. We arrived home and although l was eager to know what happened when l was not around l waited for him to tell me ...babe everything is fine at work we managed to secure a number of new clients and trust me its perfect.. He said ...ok what about Tanya ....she is living with mum Leslie until she gives birth l promised to be there for the baby and that's all but l want to promise u my wife nothing of this will affect our marriage he said ...we had a perfect reunion he was being amused by my big tummy he was touching it after every minute ....it was perfect having him around...

A week later l woke up having sharp pains across my abdomen ...l grabbed his hand... Cay l am in pain... l said forcing him to wake up he quickly carried me to the car and rushed me to the hospital stay with me Leslie he was repeating these words to me.....An hour later a nurse came to me with the news that l never expected ......my little baby was not breathing they needed to remove him from my stomach...... Jesus l cried ....with my face In my hands l saw a world crushing down on me.....I could not understand... Cayden our baby l cried falling into his arms ....what was happening if it was money l was ready to use any amount for my angel to live but the news confused me they did not want any money ...they only needed to induce me to labor so that the baby will be out ....not breathing NOOO l shouted not my baby what was l going to give Cayden ..l looked at him and l knew he was heart broken as l was

What went wrong l asked myself please Jesus l need a miracle l can't live after this l cried to myself...Sandy pushed the door and rushed to me ....
