Battle of a woman in love

A Turnaround....

Days became weeks and before l knew it Christmas was around the corner...we were so busy with L.C Group of companies that we could only see our Angels at night...l always made sure l read them their favorite book to sleep and l was more close with the little woman..it was great being a mother and l was loving it to bits...we were going to be home with our kids for a whole week and l was really excited, craving for that rest far away from the business world that was taking most of our time...

Cayden had a sister who lived in France...we met at family gatherings here and there but we never talked that much because she had supported her mum that l was bad for Cayden..it never bothered me because Cayden never left a room for them to insult me so l stayed away... Cayden's mum was not poor..the father left some money for them to survive for a life time so she never worked but enjoyed what my father in law left behind...they never liked me so l kept my distance with hope that one day they will consider me as their daughter ...l was seated in the kitchen monitoring while my favorite cook was busy doing his thing which was making great food...we were having some guest over so l needed lots of food for it was the festival season and my house was forever busy with people...my staff always made appointments for dinner and my small family always come as well to have Christmas on a ranch.. Although it was hard for me to maintain this habit  l had to indure it because to me my staff was family as well....l was expecting 12 staff and 4 family members including my dad...it was not easy l said to myself while arranging our gigantic dining room which was on the rooftop...looking around the ranch l realized why people loved my ranch it was a beautiful place and the nature was amazing...a small river which never dried up was flowing silently and the birds were cheerfully chirping making the day beautiful...l was Disturbed with my phone which suddenly rang..it was my Dear husband...hey babe ..l answered smiling unconsciously ...l love that smile madube...he said ..how did you know l was smiling Mr Richards ..l teased him... because you are my wife silly ..he said laughing...we had one of the best love l thought to myself.....Caylin is coming babe..he said ..l did not answer l kept silent.. Caylin was his sister who lived in France..she was so rude and vindictive and l was super scared of her...come on madube don't tell me you are scared ...Cayden said bringing me back to reality...it's ok dady l said surprising him..before when she was coming to Zimbabwe and Cayden wanted us to go their family house l would talk and complain but today l told myself it's time to stop being scared..l should never apologize for loving Cayden..l told my husband not to worry and l continued with my work and my eyes illuminated as Shellin my nanny entered with my children ..they both rushed to me tickling me making me laugh uncontrollably then the queen entered...Leslie where the hell are you she shouted...did you not hear that l was coming ..should you not send a driver to the airport or something...l looked at her with anger but l restrained myself..Antie you did not tell me you were coming ....l said mentioning to Shelin to take the bags inside..😰😰😰😰 seems she was going to sleep over or something...miracle give antie a kiss ..my boy moved slowly to his antie and stood confused because the lady was just looking at him...l called shellin immediately asking her to take the kids and l did my best to avoid drama...antie why can't you love my kids l asked... because l never loved you she said walking inside..l was angry...how can she come to my house and insult me like that...l took two stairs at a times going straight to my room fuming with anger..l needed to prepare for the dinner and no one was going to stop me from enjoying Christmas...

An hour later l walked back to the rooftop and l saw all was in order and some of the guest were now there and thankfully enough my antie was nowhere to be found....l greeted my guest as l waited impatiently for my husband...he finally got there with my dad and then Caylin entered as well exchanging hugs with her brother and then she received a call...she walked out only to walk back in with  Tanya 🙄🙄🙄🙄 no words could explain the anger that swelled through me..of all the business enemies l had no one made my life miserable than Tanya...my sister in law was coming towards me l was ready for her ..Leslie l called Tanya to come and see Angel she said seating down... after dinner we will talk l said smiling faintly as l motioned for people to seat and to eat...Brian Adams was playing softly downstairs and everyone enjoyed the meal ..l was seated near Cayden and he could tell that l was angry beyond repair...2 hours later our last guest left and l was now in the lounge with my dad..Caylin my husband and her mother together with Tanya...l stood up and walked to my sister in Law..l have respected you and waited for you to love me for the past 7 years since l married cayden.not even a day did you come to kiss Miracle as an antie or even Angel faithful ..but l kept quite because l love my husband with all my heart..however today l would like to tell you one thing...never come in my house ever again with this woman or l will never let you in...l turned to Cayden..you are my husband so l will ask you nicely to take care of your people while l go and bath my kids and read for them before they sleep...Dad let's go ..we walked towards the door and l turned again to my antie...and you Caylin have a safe trip back to France whenever that is and we went to the playroom..one thing l never wanted to show my dad was my tears...he was both a mum and dad to me and his pain was something l never wanted to cause...he played with the two kids while l sat quietly thinking....

There was a knock on the door and l stood up brushing my tears away and went to the door, my mother in law was there holding a cup of coffee. At that moment l was taken aback and could not say anything.... Mum are you ok ...l said holding her hand..Since the day l begged Cayden to talk to her again she changed and became someone l was even failing to know...My poor baby...she said hugging me...that time l lost all strength and l started crying putting my whole body in her arms....dont worry my baby l got you now...she said taking my hand...l followed her down stairs where Tanya and Caylin were....Tanya l am sure you know how much l loved you but l have to understand that Cayden loves his wife and l have accepted it...My mother in law surprised me once again with these words and she walked to her daughter.....Caylin this is your sister in law the sooner you get that the better for you...she said this holding her daughter and pushing these words down at her....l stood still as l watched my mother in law fighting for me for the first time in 7 years and my tears continued to flow...
