The next night, Rachel came in to help me get ready. She's the only person other than Kyler that I'm semi-comfortable with right now. She's choosing out an outfit.

She nods and goes into the closet in my room. A minute later, she comes out with a black t-shirt, purple skinny jeans, and black boots. I grab a dark purple jacket off my bed and go into the bathroom to change. Coming out, Rachel brushes and puts my hair into a ponytail.

I hug her once she's done and heads downstairs. At the front door, Kyler is waiting in black, ripped jeans, a white muscle shirt, a leather jacket, and black high tops. He's talking to Asher, Wyatt, and Miles. Must be talking about something funny, because their laughing really hard. I get down the many steps and Asher is the first one to notice me. He gasps.
