Chapter 6

Natsu's POV

After a while of banging on the barrier I decided to stop. I wasn't getting anywhere and it made me exhausted. I watched Lucy and that mysterious woman talk for what seemed like forever. They seemed to be having an intense conversation there. I tried my best to read their lips but I couldn't make out anything that they said. Finally after a while more of watching them, the barrier was brought down. I passed the woman on her way out as I ran to Lucy as fast as I could. She looked shocked and confused. There were all sorts of emotions on her face. It made me uneasy.

"Luce, you ok?" I asked her making sure she was ok.

"I'm fine" she replied with a not-so-reassuring smile on her face. "Just learned a few things." I could tell she wasn't fine. That smile she had on was one of the fakest I have seen.

She told us what that woman, Solstice I think it was, had said to her. Once she told us about this new threat she went home. I stayed at the guild for a few minutes but decided to go check up on her soon after.

Once I was at Lucy's house, I climbed in through the window. I looked around her room to see a figure in her bed. I found the beautiful blonde peacefully sleeping in her bed. Or so I thought.

I frowned to see how uncomfortable she looked. She had a frown plastered on her face and that was enough to make me feel uneasy. Without a second thought I climbed in next to her and fell asleep.

Third Person POV

Natsu got into the bed with the blonde and wrapped his arms around her waist. The blonde suddenly looked more comfortable as she smiled in her sleep.

"NATSUUUUUUUUU" a cry of fury was heard from an angered person as she looked at the sleeping salamander in her bed.

"Hmm" he answered sheepishly.

"LUCY KICK" Lucy yelled as she sent him flying into a nearby wall.

"What the heck Lucy?"

"HOW MANY TIMES DO I NEED TO TELL OU TO STAY OUT OF MY BED YOU PERVY PYRO!"

"Lushee could you stop yelling so early in he morning?" The angered Lucy looked over to see a blue cat trying to have a peaceful nap on her bed.

"Oh Happy, you're here too?"

"Aye"

"LUCY KICK" the blue cat was sent in the direction of Natsu and hit him smack in the face.

"Now get out of my room or I'll show no mercy"

"Aye" happy and Natsu said in unison exiting the room.

Natsu POV

We were on our way to the guild when we reached its huge doors. I opened the door and greeted everyone they greeted us. Lucy walked over to the bar with Mira while I walked over to Ezra and Gray.

"Glad you could join us Natsu. There's something I want to discuss"-Erza

"Stop staring at Lucy flamebrain it's creepy."

"Who you calling flamebrain, popsicle stick."

"You ya dumb pyro"before I could return the favor Erza bumped our heads together.

"Now That I've gotten your attention,there's something to be talked about."

"Eh? What do you wanna talk about?"-Natsu

"Is it about Lucy?"-Gray

"Ya"-Erza

"I feel like she didn't tell us the whole story yesterday"-Natsu

"Should we ask her?" -Gray

"I highly doubt she will give us a straight answer. She'd probably just dodge the question."

"Um I'm sorry to intrude on your conversation but I'm also worried about Lucy-san" Wendy said coming into the conversation. "She also seems to be in pain"

"Now that you mention it she did complain about feeling nauseous"- Natsu

"Has she come to you about it Wendy?"-Gray

"Ya, but she was perfectly fine."-Wendy

"But she she was feeling this way before that woman came here. How does that have anything to do with this?"-Natsu

"It could all be connected Natsu."-Erza

"The only thing I could think of is finding this person and asking her directly."-Wendy

"Let's go look for her then!"-Natsu

"Honestly Natsu she put a freakin barrier up so we couldn't hear her conversation. Do you really think she would so willingly give away info like that?"

"I'll just have to beat it out of her!" The doors then flew open as I finished my statement. There stood a cloaked figure.

"Speak of the devil"-Gray. Before anyone could do anything we heard a loud noise.
