Chapter 14: Immured

(Around 200 Years Ago)

"Y/N, run!" Jin shouted as he fought off an unknown masked assailant. Y/N nodded her head and ran in the opposite direction while Hayeon and Jimin followed. Tears formed in EunSoo's eyes as she left Jin and Jungkook alone to battle the masked men who have come after her.

"It'll be alright, they have never lost" Hayeon tried to reassure her as painful groans were heard in the background. "She's right! Jin and Jungkook have never lost! When they are done with them they'll return and everything will go back to normal! You and Hayeon will give birth and we will all live happily ever after!" Jimin exclaimed as he tightened his grip on Hayeon's hand.

Just then, a sound of an explosion was heard as a building nearby started to collapse. In the chaos EunSoo was separated from Jimin and Hayeon. EunSoo gasped as the air around her became clouded by dust, the smell of burning ember was making it difficult for her to breath.

EunSoo fell to her knees as she covered her mouth, the air around her felt heavy. The sounds of heavy footsteps approaching from behind caused EunSoo to narrow her eyes.

(Present Day)

EunSoo jolted up from her sleep once she felt that the plane had stopped. Namjoon was watching her intently, fearful that she would escape on a moments notice.

"Are we already in Korea?" EunSoo asked trying not stutter. Although Namjoon was Jin's friend, EunSoo did not trust him too much because he was rarely there. He was someone that had always appeared at the right moment as if everything was already planned. His cover seemed too perfect to the point that it was downright suspicious.

"Are you listening to me?" Namjoon snapped as EunSoo nodded her head. "S-Sorry, I must still be tired" EunSoo mumbled as she took her seat belt off. Glancing around, she noticed that the plane was relatively empty. There were only about thirty passengers total and they seemed quieter than usual.

"I'm kind of hungry, when we get out can we eat at the airport's food court?" EunSoo asked as Namjoon nodded his head in annoyance. He hated to waste time especially when he was so close to achieving his goal.

As they descended the aisles and lined up to confirm their arrival, EunSoo tired her best to find a way to escape. Even though the plane they have taken was fairly empty, the airport was not. It was packed with many people, including fans that had lined up awaiting their favorite idol's arrival.

"Wait over there on that table, I'll go grab you something to eat. Is McDonald's okay?" Namjoon asked as EunSoo took the bags from his hands and sat down.
