Chapter 3 "New life "

Maria's POV

I woke up with a hard bang in my head and I felt all dizzy again.
As I sat up properly on my bed resting my back towards the wall, I couldn't believe what I was seeing, or was this the continuation of my dream?

My  bed was much larger, my room was so spacious, bigger than my mum's room and mine combined.
I got down from my bed and realized the Dealer has done this. He had fulfilled his own part of the deal.

This  couldn't be happening .
I thought to myself.

I walked round my room and I noticed awards in my name "Maria Kate Duple, youngest act of the year" I read to myself.
" 2016 award winning actress, Maria Kate Duple".
And many several others. It seemed so weird, I have no acting experience or talents, I also had no memories of all this either .
I walked to my closet and opened it.

OMG!!!!

I couldn't be more surprised ..the clothes were so many, pretty,  shiny.
My damn kind of thing

Knock knock

"Come in" I said more like a question cuz I was confused. My mum would never knock and that's why I always locked the door, and her Williams would have gone to work cuz it's past 7:30am.
Besides the door wasn't locked, I thought I had done so yesternight.
"Miss Maria your breakfast  is ready " a very young maid said dressed in her uniform.
Oh my, so famous Maria gets breakfast in bed.
I looked at her tag and her name was 'Lee'.
"Thanks Lee" I said as she smiled and walked out, shutting the door.
I sat on my bed as I opened the bowl it was pancakes and maple syrup with lemon tea by the side..
I began to eat without even worrying whether I had brushed my teeth. The pancakes really smelt good and tasted the same also.
Then my phone began to ring and I picked it up.
"Maria you've got 30 mins to get to the Walkers studio" the feminine voice spoke.
Walker studio? That's like the most famous celebrity photo shoot/magazine studio in the state.
" sorry, who am I speaking with?" I asked very confused.
"Whaaat?" The voice said so dramatically.
" you mean you never saved my number for like the past 3 years? You probably woke up on the wrong side of the bed Maria."
That still didn't help. I'm living a life that's not really mine with no memories whatsoever.
"Anyways Maria it's Lisa, I'm your Personal Assistant. I've been helping you organize your tasks for like 3 years now."
"Ohh Lisa. I'm sorry I woke up with a terrible headache " I said as I laughed.

Well I wasn't totally lying.

"So you wouldn't be able to make it to the studio?! We promised Maria that you'll be available for the shoot."

"Yeah? Oh yeah We did. I'd be there."
"Alright Maria, see you there " Lisa said as the line went off.
As far as I'm concerned that has been the weirdest conversation I had ever had with someone I have never met.
How would I get there. I didn't have a vehicle of my own. I always used my Dads car to move around till mum has it sold, and then it took a lot of rounds of begging before she lets me uses hers.

Besides where was mom?

I took my shower and then I dressed very casually and went downstairs . I think I'd need to take a tour round the house cuz the transformation didn't stop at my room.

As I  was about to step outside I saw a red SUV and "MARIA 1" was written on the number plate.

Then a huge guy walked up to me.
" good morning Miss Maria, Lisa had called me earlier that you have an appointment at the Walker studios. So let's leave"
" oh alright then..." I said as I began snapping my fingers acting like I wanted to remember his name.
"...Joe"
" Yh Joe" I said as I entered into the car.
As he began driving
" Joe do you know where my mum is, I mean she wasn't in the house"
Then he laughed
" miss you had gotten her an apartment for her and your stepdad like a year ago. It's only a 40mins drive"
Then I swallowed. My step dad? I never addressed Williams as my step dad since my mom got remarried. Now who is going to give me a lengthy orientation of what Famous Maria had been up to before I became her.
Then a sharp pain pierced my head and I heard a voice I recognized as the Dealers.

100 days has begun love.
No lover then Veronica's soul would become mine.

Oh brother.
This is not going to be very easy.
