Today was the day that Jordan and I film our first scene together. The girls have been waiting for this moment. I on the other hand, have been dreading it.

It's been two days since Vanessa called Jordan and I've been avoiding him. We see each other on set all of the time but neither one of us has made the effort to talk about our 'date'.
I was currently waiting in my trailer for someone to call me into the Riverdale High set. That is where Madison meets Sweet Pea.

I walked to the corner of the trailer to get my phone charger when a knock interrupted me.
"Jordan. Hey, what are you doing here? Our scene doesn't start for about another twenty minutes."

"Uh yeah I know. I was umm.. you know what? Never mind. See you on set." He smiled and walked away. Before he could go any further, I decided that I had to be the one to bring up the situation.

"Wait! Listen I'm sorry for ignoring you and for what Vanessa said. I didn't know she was going to say that and the girls and I shouldn't have butted our way into your business. I'm sorry." I said
"Don't worry about it. She was just looking out for me and you didn't know. It's okay, really. I'll uh see you later." He started walking away. Jordan stopped for a moment and turned around.

"For the record, I meant what I said."
I looked at him confused.

"You are kind of cute." He winked

"I should start heading to hair and make up" I looked behind me and turned back
"Your hair and makeup is already done." He pointed out chucking.

"Right, I'm just gonna go to set." I stated and walked away

What the hell just happened?

"Alright guys so we're gonna start off with Jordan and Emily. I expect you two know your lines." We nodded
"Okay then. By the way I need to speak with you two after our first break." Roberto finished leaving us to do other work.

The cast was waiting around for after the Sweet Pea and Madison scene. It was a busy day, meaning everyone had to do what Roberto said so that we can finish on time.
"Are you ready for this?" Drew asked
"Yeah I mean the scene isn't so complicated an-"
"He's not talking about the scene, Emily ." Skeet interrupted me.

"Huh?"
"Um you two are going to have to kiss." Casey explained.
"No we aren't he would have told us earlier." I denied

"Emily, he told that to Kj and I when we started dating in the show. Roberto knows what he's doing, trust me. Besides you and Jordan are going to end up kissing anyways. So what's the big deal?" Camila explained
Jordan looked at me "I can talk to Roberto about changing the script if you feel uncomfortable. Hopefully he won't be mad though."

"Jordan it's fine. Unless you don't want to." I stated. I was secretly hoping Jordan and I went through with the kiss, but no one needed to know that. Not even him.

"Well since everyone is already talking about it, yes. I wanted to tell you and Jordan about it privately but your cast has big mouths. Also, change in plans. The producers and I are going to film a different scene before that one. We will continue with you two when we are done." Roberto came back to us after discussing things with the producers apparently.
"So in order for this to work, I need the ladies and men on opposite sides of the room."

"Why do we need to do that for?" Mädchen asked
"We are going to film episode seven when Emily returns and see's every one at Pop's. In the middle of the scene, when Josie and the Pussycats perform it will be a slow song. This is just so we can pair everyone up." He explained
"Okay, the couples don't have to pair up seeing as they are already together. When I call out your characters names please stand next to one another. Fangs and Toni, Kevin and Moose..." Roberto went on and on until he went down to he came to the final three.

"Madison, Josie and Sweet Pea. Ashleigh, since you will be performing I guess that leaves the new boyfriend and girlfriend of the show." He smiled

"That dancing scene wasn't so bad." I told Jordan

"What are you talking about? I can't dance for shit!"
"Your right. You are a pretty bad dancer." I joked

"Well you know what? At least I'm not so short that I would have to stand on someone's feet to dance." He laughed
"Got me there."

"This is my stop." I smiled

Jordan walked me to the hair and make up room for touch ups and a new outfit for the kissing scene. When I was done and walked out, Jordan was waiting for me.

"Do you you want someone to walk you to your trailer?"
"I wouldn't mind the company." I winked

"So how do you feel about our kiss?"
"We haven't kissed yet, Jordan"

"Yeah I know. Just wanna know how you feel. I'm just worried because when I was with my girlfriend at the time she was scared I would end up cheating whenever I kissed someone for work. Does your boyfriend know about the kissing?" He didn't know about what happened with Keaton but I figured one of my cast mates other than Lili would know soon.

" Actually I don't have a boyfriend. We broke up about two months ago." I explained
"Oh I'm so sorry, I didn't know."
Once we arrived, I turned to him.
"No, no! It's fine. Really, I mean I drove him away and he did some things to me unknowingly so it was going to happen sooner or later. Do you want to come in? We have time before they call us."

"Yeah sure" Jordan smiled "Do you want to talk about it though? The breakup I mean." He was sincere and I liked that a lot. Most guys would probably not even bother to ask about a boyfriend.

"I don't want to bug you with my problems, but thank you." I smiled
"You won't bug me I promise. Come on Em. You can trust me."

"Okay. So my ex boyfriend Keaton and I were together for ten almost eleven years. We were very serious and we even lived together." Jordan looked very interested so I continued.
"I've always believed in soulmates and for a long time I believed he was mine. I wanted to grow old and have a family with him and after ten years, you start to think that you will. But it wasn't like that with Keaton. He was never home. His friends took him out to bars and clubs but I still had high hopes. The night before we broke up, Lili told me about the part of Madison. I declined and even Keaton thought it was dumb."

I didn't want to talk about it anymore because it brought up old feelings that were unnecessary so I wrapped up my story. "To keep it short he didn't want kids or a wife for a long time and told me he cheated. I kicked him out and then decided to move in with Lili after that. Now I'm here."

"That's terrible. To be with someone and love them like that for so long and they weren't even loyal. I'm so sorry, Emily." Jordan hugged me and there wasn't a single place I'd rather be in that moment.

All good things must come to an end though...right?
"Emily, time for the scene. Tell Jordan too. We know he's in there." Someone knocked.
I opened the door to find the rest of the 'Serpents' with Kj and Lili.

"Fuck."
