Chapter 6

                                                                         Hailey's P.O.V

        I rush to the hotel excited. I get to have my very own photo shoot! (Even though no one knows it's actually me, except for Skylar, and Aiden) Aiden lags behind me catching his breathe.

        "Can you slow down, I know you're excited and all, but you don't have to run so fast!"

        I ignore him and go through the doors of the hotel. I slow down near the front desk. Instead of taking the slow elevator, I take the stair case. As I go up, Aiden finally comes through the doors, looks up at me, and gives me an "are you serious?"  look. I stop, smile at him, and keep on going until I reach the top.

        Aiden walks to the elevator, pushes the button, and goes inside, sighing.

        I wait at the room door, since he doesn't have a room key. He's taking FOREVER. Typical Aiden. Right there.

        The elevator rings,the doors open, and Aiden steps out. I slip the key in the door and go inside.

        "Hurry up, the photo shoot starts in an hour, and you have already wasted enough time." I say.

        "Yeah well, you wouldn't have to wait if you didn't run so fast leaving me behind." He complained.

        "You need to learn to keep up." I pat him on the shoulder. "Now let's see what Skylar planned to wear today.." I pull out a red, sparkly dress with spaghetti straps and ruby high-heels. Typical Skylar, chooses most sparkly dress in her closet.

        "I'm gonna go try this on, and you...do something!" I tell him. He sighs and sits on the bed. When I finally get it to fit on just right, I carefully slip on Skylar's expensive high-heels. Successfully, they fit! Next, is make-up.

        "Do I put on the makeup here or do are there make-up artist there already?"  I think to myself again. "I'll do it just in case."

        "Hurry up in there!" Aiden yells from outside the bathroom banging on the door. "The photo shoot starts in forty-five minutes!" I rush to get ready on time.

                                                                     Sklyar's P.O.V

        Eat.Sleep.Watch only football.Stare at the ceiling. That's all I do in this hospital, or get to do. The photo shoot starts in thirty-five minutes and I have to be stuck in this hospital for three weeks. I slowly sip from a coke bottle from the vending machine, waiting for the photo shoot to appear on TV.

        Everything  is quiet until a nurse comes in to give me my medicine. Hooray. Now let me go tie myself to unraveling string over a lava pit to celebrate. The medicine taste AWFUL!  I read the nurse's name tag, and it said, "Layla". She didn't look very nice. Her short red hair is messy, her posture is horrible, and she's texting on her phone while chewing gum.

        She slams the medicine bottle down on the bedside table, stands there texting for a minute or two, and leaves. Rude much? 

        I lay the coke bottle down on the table so I can take my medicine by myself since "Layla" or whatever left it here. I squeeze and turn the lid until it opens. I take a pill out, hold my nose, close my eyes tightly, and drop the pill in my mouth. EWWWW!!!!!!!!!!! After I swallow it hardly, I start to gag, until I spit-up. Great, I threw my lunch up on myself, I can't call for help because that lousy "Layla" nurse might come again and make me clean it up myself again, and, it's starting to smell so bad I might throw-up my dinner I haven't even had yet.

        "Ugghhhhhhh!" I moan out loud. "Now what do I do?" As soon as I am about to push the help button, I hear a siren and raging footsteps. I look trough the tiny window in the door, and see nurses hauling a man on a hospital bed screaming "Emergency out of the way emergency!" over and over again.

       After they rush by, I can see "Layla" trotting behind them and trip onto the hard, ugly tile flooring, with a loud thud. Ouch! She slowly gets up, mutters something under her breathe, and walks away like she's in  a zombie parade.

        Two doctors are outside my door talking about it. I try to tune in to what they're saying.

        "I heard his limo ran down in the middle of a busy highway!" Exclaims one doctor.

        "No, I heard he was driving in his limo and crashed into a large van, some say the same one that hit Skylar Runes." The other one suggest.      

        That made me think. The same van who hit me. I'm pretty sure both incidents weren't accidental at all. I'm going to get to the bottom of this, right after I finish throwing up my soon -to-be dinner.

                                                                Hailey's P.O.V

"Alright, i'm ready!" I announce loudly. I twirl around twice with excitement, but Aiden isn't looking in my direction. Instead, I see him on the hotel computer video chatting someone. I tried to see who he was talking to on the screen, but the person video chatting him blurred his face out. Aiden laughs a kind of semi-evil laugh. My stomach feels queasy.
