These are pretty self explanatory.
Period 5: Grade Improvement
In this chapter Asano's father starts becoming an actually fatherly figure because of Nagisa, in other words, turning from a "father" to a "dad", grade F to a grade D.
Period 6: Camouflage
Hiding bloodlust.
Period 7: Thundering idiocy
Thunder refers to Nagisa's fear of thunder and idiocy to Karma and Gakushuu's idiocy to train in the rain.
Originally, it was called "T-raining".
...... Yeah it was a pun that no one seemed to get.
Period 8: Sick
Karma got sick, but the title also means perverted. No not hentai perverted. I meant evil, sadistic perverted. Referring to what Nagisa hints to Karma.
Period 9: Return
Originally named "Back".
"Return" just sounded better.
Period 10: Unravelled
Not the anime theme song. That's "Unravel". This one is referring to the mystery slowly being unravelled as the class spends more time in the Shiota mansion.
Period 11: Shattered
Though faint, Karma realises that something inside Nagisa was clearly broken, pieces back together by the blunette, yet constantly destroyed by another.
Period 12: Crimson strings of a broken blue
Broken. That's the only word Karma could think of to describe the blunette.
Period 13: Duo of the Night
Pretty self explanatory if you read the chapter
