And then it hit me, what gad just happened in the last half hour hit me like a brick wall. I stood up and turned to my left to see the glaring lights of the ambulance, cop car and firetrucks. I started walking over to the car when a perimedic stopped me dead in my tracks.

"Where do you think you're going young lady?" He questioned. "I need to go see Sam, is he alright?" The peramedic took my hand and sat me in the back of his ambulance. "We need to get that cut on your head looked at, it looks pretty bad." I sat there as he bandaged my wound.

I glanced over to see if I could see Sam at all, nothing. "Okay." he said. "Looks like you're good to go.

I stood up and felt very dizzy. I held the back of the door for a second before stumbling to the yellow police tape. As I pushed through a few people so I could catch a glimps of what was going on, a man placed his hand on my shoulder.

"Were you the one driving the car?" He asked. I turned my head. "Yes?" I replied. "Can you please come with me?" He asked as he turned and walked to the police car. I followed close behind trying not to get lost in the crowd.

When I made my way over to him I saw two paramedic's walking a stretcher over to the ambulance.

"I want you to come with me." He sat me in the back of his car. I rested my hands on the cold window. The parimedics were just closing the back doors. All I could think of was Sam. I didn't mean for anything to happen to him.

This was all my fault.
