Now Katie is happily married to a guy named Bryan. He reminds Katie of Sam they have a baby girl named Sammie and the same dog Sam. After Sam's parents moved out of there house Katie and Bryan moved in. Not a day goes by that Katie doesn't think about Sam. And she says she will still forever love him.
