Chapter 26: Busan

Yoojung's POV

After a few hours we finally arrived to Busan. We plan to stay overnight here. We will first visit Jimin oppa's house then we will go to Jungkook oppa's house where we will spend the night.

We rode a taxi to Jimin oppa's house. We were welcomed by Aunt Kahi, Jimin oppa's father, and Jimin oppa's younger brother.

"Welcome to our home! It's been a long time since I've seen you two." Aunty Kahi said to Jungkook oppa and Tae oppa. As he gave each of them a hug. Both Tae oppa and Jungkook oppa returned her hug and just smiled at her.

"OH and little miss Yoojung! You ran away from me the last time." Aunt Kahi said teasingly. She also gave me a hug.

"Aunty! I'm really sorry about that. I came here to apologize and thank you for all the inconvenience that I've caused" I said apologetically while bowing my head

"Aigoo.. This child. You didn't have to do that. I understand that you were going through alot." she said. Her eyes full of concern.

Aunty Kahi is really kind. I now know where Jimin oppa got his kindness. We talked more until around lunch time. I found out that Jimin oppa's dad is a police officer. His brother is still in college and he's under the architecture program.

Jimin oppa's family  prepared so much food for us. There were only 7 of us but I think the food can feed a small country. The food was really good. I wish the other oppas were with us. I bet Jin oppa would really enjoy this.

At about 4 pm we said our goodbye to Jimin oppa's family and headed to Jungkook oppa's house.

It was not that far from Jimin oppa's house. I think it only took us twenty minutes to get there.

We were greeted by his parents when we arrived. Both Jungkook oppa's mom and dad knew Tae oppa and Jimin oppa.

"Oh who is this? Jungkookah! You didn't mention you'll bring a girlfriend today!" His dad said when he saw me.

I felt embarrassed when he said that. I guess Jungkook oppa never told them about me.

"Dad! Stop embarrassing me." Jungkook complained.

"Honey, Jungkook mentioned her before... Their new housemate remember?" Jungkook oppa's mother reminded him

"Of course I rember, I was just teasing Jungkook" He replied while laughing.

Since all of us were tired, we decided have rest period before dinner. I get to stay at a room on my own while the oppa's would stay at Jungkook oppa's room.

After some time, I got bored so I texted Tae oppa. He's also a beagle like me so I'm guessing he's also bored too

Me: Tae oppa, I'm bored. What are you guys doing

Tae oppa: We're playing computer games. Don't text me... You're distracting me.

Ahhh unfair.. They're playing computer games. Maybe I should learn playing some games so that I could join them next time. At times like this I miss Yoongi oppa. He's the only one who does not like playing computer games so we often just bond when the others play.

I decided to visit them in their room and bug them while they play. On the way to their room my attention was caught by the picture frames at the hallway.

I was looking into one of their family picture, Jungkook oppa was so cute he was still so little. It made me wonder, how did this little child became that huge muscle monster?

"Jungkook was only 4 years old at that time." I heard someone said. I turned my head to the direction of the voice and saw that it was Jungkook oppa's mom. She accompanied me and told me stories about the pictures.

I found out that Jungkook Oppa has an older brother. He does not live here anymore he migrated to Canada and is a civil engineer there.

Aunty Sun-hee, that's what Jungkook oppa's mom asked me to call her invited me to have tea and cake with her at their garden.

She is very kind and and easy to talk to. She asked about the usual stuff when getting to know someone. My home town, my parents, if I have any siblings, why I became an idol.

I was not comfortable sharing about my parents so I just simplified the story and just said that my mom died while my dad is a business man... Well he is technically a businesses man.

"How is Jungkook doing? Is he eating well? Does he sleep enough? She suddenly asked. I can see the worry in her eyes.

And i suddenly miss my mom again. I unconsciously touched the necklace given by Jimin oppa to me. This has become my security blanket.. It calms me whenever I get sad or about to have an anxiety attack.

"I'm sorry. Its just that he never really tells us what is happening there and I can't help but worry. He's my baby after all. He left at a very young age and I felt like I didn't really see him grow. Sometimes I feel like BTS had more part in raising him than I did" she confessed I can see the sadness in her eyes.

"Their schedules were very hectic for the past few months I hardly see them at the dorm. But I think Jungkook oppa is coping well. I think all of the other oppas are taking good care of him." I tried to reassure her.

"It seems like you have a close relationship to him... Are you really not his girlfriend? I know my son, he gets shy around girls. He even allowed you to call him oppa, I heard he hates being called that from a  magazine " She said teasingly. She was smiling now.

I just laughed nervously as a response.

"Can I ask a favor from you?" she asked.

"Of course" I said.

"Will you please look after him for me. I know that the other guys already do that but it makes me feel more comfortable if more people take care of him" she said looking at me with pleading eyes.

"Even if you didn't ask me to do it, I'll do it. Jungkook oppa takes care of me too and I want to be able to return that to him" I said.
