Chapter 6: Savior

Jungkook's POV

I can't sleep so I planned to visit Jimin hyung and Hoseok hyung's room on the way there I heard someone singing... Must be Yoojung since it's a female voice. I was mesmerized by her voice that I decided to stop and just listen to it.. Everything was going smoothly, until I heard loud banging sounds, The song stopped and was replaced by loud sobbing.

I peeked at the living room and saw her on the floor. She was hitting her self and crying out loud. Then she ran to her room.

A part of me wants to comfort her but how? And she'll know that I was snooping around.

Before I could come up with any thing, she went out of her room wearing a mask and padded jacket and hurriedly left the dorm.

What do I do? I should tell the Hyungs! Ah there's no more time! I ran to my room and grabbed a jacket and mask and ran as fast as I can.

Good thing that she has short legs and tired that I was able to caught up with her.

"YAH! Where are you going? It's 1 in the morning!" I shouted in between catching my breath.

"I need to see them" she responded trying to run away again.

I held her wrist so that she could not run away from me.

I was about to scold her again, but when I saw her eyes. I saw her pain.

"Let's go back to the dorm first, you have to calm down, I promise to drive you where ever you want to go tomorrow morning if you promise me that you wouldn't run away now" I tried to negotiate with her.

"Come on, let's go back now." I tried to convince her again.

I think she has finally come to her senses. She nodded. And we walked home together.

I still don't know what to do with this girl... I'm Jeon Jungkook, the guy scared of girls, for goodness sake. But one thing is for sure, after seeing what happened today I cannot not do anything.

When we were back at the dorm. We were seated at the couches facing each other.

"Do you want to talk about it?" I asked.

She shook her head.

Good, cause to be honest I'm not very good with giving advice specifically with heavy topics like this.

"Do you want to sleep now? I asked again.

She shook her head again.

"How about drink Soju?" I offered

Not a very responsible offer but what can I do? I'm running out of ideas

"Will that help? She asked. Her eyes are still red and puffy. She truly looks like someone who is in extreme stress and pain.

"Well it does help me when i'm stressed with work" I explained, I gave her a small smile.

"Okay then, we always have Soju on the fridge. Jimin hyung, Jin hyung, and I likes drinking from time to time. " I tried to start a small talk

I got 2 shot glasses and poured soju in each of them.

"Have you ever tried soju before?" I asked

"Yes, on my 20th birthday celebration" she responded.

At least she's responding, that's a good start.

"okay then, cheers!" I said and handed her a shot glass

We drank soju at the same time.

"I'm sorry for troubling you Jungkook Sunbaenim" she said looking at me with sincere eyes.

"I could not sleep any way" I said while pouring another shot in each of our shot glass.

"I... Was traded by my company... For unknown reason,Big Hit entertainment wanted me in exchange for helping Fantagio. And what hurts the most is that Fantagio gave me away so easily. Fantagio has become my family, I have been their trainee since I was 12, I grew up with the people there. When my mom died they where the ones who supported me and cheered me up. And just like that, I've been thrown out. It hurts so much" Her voice is now muffled, tears are pouring out of her eyes.

"But today as I was singing that song, I realized that it wasn't their decision to trade me off, it was a strangers decision, the new CEO. And for that period that I ignored all of them I wasn't the only one hurting, also the people that loves me in Fantagio. The song made me realize that they are literally less than ten kilometers away from me yet I've left them. They didn't left me, I left them. I miss them so much, I just want to go there and beg for their forgiveness. Her tears continued pouring down, making her eyes more swollen and smaller.

This girl has been through a lot, and yet she tried to hide all of these feelings, and today everything exploded. Maybe I could learn from this, I'm not that expressive and the Hyungs always worry about me, maybe I should open up more.

"At least you realized your mistakes now. If those people love you, they will forgive you." I tried comforting her

"Thank you for listening to me, Sunbaenim, this must be awkward for you. I'm sorry that I dragged you to my messed up life" She said wiping her tears using her sweater sleeves

"I liked what you did with Spring Day" I changed the topic

"You heard it?" she inquired

Oooops busted

"Yeah I was on the way to Jimin and Hoseok's room when I heard it" I answered honestly.

"I want to sing the song with no regrets, so I'll go to my old dorm later, and apologize" she told me. No more tears now, and I saw a very small smile coming from her.

"Yeah.. I'll drive you, I have nothing to do anyway, and I have to keep my promise" I said smiling at her.

For some reason the small smile I saw a while ago, made want to see a genuine smile from her.

/Hi thank you for reading my fanfic. Since I started building up her relationship with Jin, I also wanted to start building up her relationship with  the other members. So this is my take on how she will become close to Jungkook. Please comment your thoughts.
