Genji x Reader

Re-united

"Is that really you?" You brought the muscular mans hands up to your chest. You were shocked, you thought that you would never see him again you'd expect him to be dead ever since Hanamura became more dangerous for him and his brother.

"You haven't changed a bit (y/n)." Hanzo brought you into a warm embrace. From behind the both of you Hana was smiling. She decided to let you two be and walked away letting you enjoy the moment of having a friend back into your life. 

"Well you've changed a bunch, I mean look at your hair its much more longer then before. Give me your secret." You both released from each other and shared a laugh. You were very much happy that at least one boy was brought back into your life. Now its time to work on bringing the other one back. You decided on letting the topic of Genji go and focusing on how Hanzo has been for nine years. 

You found out that the boys were free now since they were adults already but not able to explore around dangerous areas without some type of bodyguard. Surprisingly it looked like Hanzo came by himself in a DANGEROUS area. A couple of minutes had passed by since you've been catching up with Hanzo but a certain someone kept jumping into your head every now and then. You couldn't hold back anymore you just had to ask where and how Genji has been.

"So are you Genjis personal slave now?" You said giggling while grabbing the bouquet from the shelf.

"He wishes, but no he was with one of his... hmm how do I say this?" Hanzo began rubbing his chin in thought. "Sluts."

"Wait what?" Hanzo began to explain to you that Genji had changed the past few years. He was no longer the lovable child everyone loved. He would slack off a lot in training and not care about fulfilling the clans duties anymore. Hanzo mentioned that ever since they were free Genji had gone to parties a lot and explored with women which made him become a playboy.  All of this shocked you, the boy you once knew, the boy you loved was now taken by many others and destroyed.

"What does your father think about this?" You began to type in the amount of the flowers as Hanzo spoke.

"Well he has given up on him, I, on the other hand, have not. I believe he could improve and bring honor the family once again." Hanzo reached into his pocket and pulled out the amount of Yen needed to purchase the flowers. Carefully you inserted the flowers into a transparent plastic bag and handed them to Hanzo. "Wow." Was all that came out of your mouth.

"Would you care to join me tomorrow for some morning tea at the estate?" 

"Is this a date I hear coming from the Hanzo Shimada." You teased Hanzo which caused him to blush. "Don't worry Hanzo I'll be there." You said resting your hands on his broad shoulders with a smile. You shared one last hug with him and he was off.

You thought about how it would be tomorrow, maybe you would be able to see Genji again. 'Hopefully if he even remebers me.' You thought to yourself. Your thoughts were interrupted as Hana cleared her throat. 

"Ya done there? The shop should be closing now so hurry up."

"On my way."
