We got up and walked to the stand where a lady fried some spicy rice cakes.

"Aw Kevin, so sweet! You're paying for the food!" I snuggled on his arm.

He looked so confused

I just don't wanna pay this time.

I stood with a smile towards the lady, and she was talking to us, but for some reason I didn't understand her?

I swear I knew Korean.

But in my head, I felt like I knew what she said.

"What a cute couple! She's so cute!"

Kevin responded, "Thank you, she doesn't know Korean."

"Oh, that's too bad! Is she your girlfriend?"

Kevin looked at me, and I looked at him.

"N-No!" He joked, but my slap wasn't joking.

"She's my future wife!" Kevin said in Korean.

I think.

My translation is like 10/10

"감사합니다!" I held the bag and whispered a thanks to Kevin too.

He chained our arms together, and I took a bite of the spicy rice cake.

Wrong choice.

*SPATS*

"Your face made me spit out my tteokbokki!" I lied.

Well I wasn't entirely lying.

"You just wasted a perfectly good rice cake!" He complained.

We stared as it fell onto the road and a couple of birds swarmed to it.

"At least they get to eat." I wisely said.

"Hmmph." Kevin smiled at me.

"Don't forget, we spend the whole 24 hours together." Kevin reminded me.

"The contest started on February, and barely on July, you guys chose a winner for a day?!" I swung my arms.

"What's wrong?" Kevin patted my arms to prevent me from swinging it like an octopus.

"I just can't believe it's not a week, month, or year." I despised the truth.

"You're actually a sweet guy, I mean, cool to hang out with." I awkwardly scratched my arm.

"You like me?" Kevin chuckled.

"Yeah, and I expect a kiss." I joked.

"Maybe later." He replied cheekily.

"So, how can I spend my next few hours with you?" I asked.

"Let's take you home, and hang out comfortably for the rest of night, maybe some sort of sleepover." Kevin spoke.
