This chapter will start off as a flashback so, it'll all be in italics. The flash back is to the time the fates found out about Perseus. Also I'll start calling him Percy eventually... I hope....
Perseus was sitting in his throne room, observing his family. His mother had informed him of all the changes that had happened with his brothers and sisters. He found some strange things about his siblings.... A flaw that was always there, a constant. All of his siblings - besides Nyx - all had the flaw of Arrogance. They were all to arrogant in their skills, constantly saying they could defeat their mother. Of course nobody had the balls to swear upon his name they were that strong as Perseus had been handing out punishments to his siblings.
The first had to be Tartarus who in the middle of a council meeting swore that he was being honest about something. Everyone waited for something to happen, when nothing did they turned back to their conversations. Then Tartarus screamed in pain, all of his ichor had started to boil and freeze in different places, his body started to gain large cuts and he was paralyzed for about a week before he even started to heal. His siblings refused to swear anything false upon his name again
A story for another time though. A flash had alerted him to the presence of another being. He looking at the centre of his throne room to see three ladies in the middle, glaring at him.
He stared at them waiting for them to speak. "And you are?" He asked
"You should not exist!" They screamed in unison. "Our mother was the first child of Chaos so who are you. Tell us!" They demanded
That made something in him snap. He, unlike his siblings, doesn't care about pride, but they dare accuse him while in his domain. He glared at them and stood from his throne. Now the centre of the throne room and his throne was a decent wall, so about 25 feet.
He gave himself the ability to induce terror from nothingness, so he did, each step he took amplified his power and their fear. By the time he reached them hey were flickering on the ground crying and screaming in pain and fear.
"Who are you to demand of me in my Throme room. You dare. I am the eldest Primordial. You are merely ripoffs of the original. I could destroy your entire essence with a thought. Who are you!" He demanded. His voice complete steel and ice as he spoke. He stopped his aura and waited for the triplets to speak.
"We are the fates. Primordial beings of Fate. I am Clotho, she is Atropos and she is Lachesis" Clotho spoke pointing to her sisters as she did. "Who.... Who are you?" She asked weakly
"I am Perseus. The original Primordial. Primordial Deity of Space, Gravity, Stars, Meteors, Planets, Oaths, Conciousness, Families, Gender, Power/Abilites, The Faded, Warfare, Future, Destruction and Creation. Why are you here!" He demanded.
The fates were petrified if the being in front of them, his aura far surpassed their mother, Ananke and she was one of the strongest Primordials, only falling behind Nyx, Chronos, Erebus and Aether. They were sure he could destroy every primordial of he wished a s they knew he was holding back his aura. They were to stunned to speak. Once he listen his domains they were even more scared. They were never used to being a pawn, sure they would weave what their mother wrote but, their mother was weaving what was already wrote and they were being used to see the world to his will instead.
"W-we found your string floating away from our loom, it was different to the ones already existing so we followed it. W-were sorry." Atropos stuttered out.
"I will tell you now fates. You may hold power over fate but you weave a future I set out, your mother writes what ever I want. I hold the most sway over fate than anybody in existance. If k wanted o could wrote a day were you all join my realm and I shall have another take your place, and your mother could do nothing about it. So if I ever Interupt fate that you've weaved you better remember this conversation. I write the future, your mother writes the people and all you do is set it in stone. So of their is a day where I find that I want to change something, you will let me do it. Do you understand" he demanded.
The fates were to scared to say no so they nodded and quickly left the throne room of Perseus. Only to be dragged back into the thrine room. They were never sure how it happened but when they looked up and saw him they instantly regretted their choice.
" I have decided, as the Oath Keeper and master I hereby spawn an new oath call. If this oath is broke, the person who broke it will suffer. If immortal their immortal essence will be ripped from them and their powers turned to me, they will fade and will be sent to torture straight away. If mortal they will suffer in multiple ways, their family will be murders, their lovers raped and killed, their friends will betray them, when they have nothing they will be tortured before death, their soul will never reach the underworld as it will go straight to my realm in the void to which I will over look what is to happen. Here this an Oath is made. The Oath of Bindings." Perseus thundered and the whole universe shook at his claim. He turned to the cowering fates before speaking
"I want you to swear a binding oath to never reveal me without my or Chaos' permission, and that you will never get in my way if I want to change fate." He stated.
The fates swore and the universe shook again, this time only smaller so only they and Chaos would know. Perseus felt the Oath be made and clicked before they were flung from his throne room.
