chapter 1.1

Fucking hell Uta!" The sound of plates and glasses smashing flooded the house.

"You need water to do dishes!"

"Not that much!" Leo groaned.

Water rose to his ankles, and sloshed around as he walked through it, Leo glared at Uta, as he made his way into the bathroom.

"He did it again, Wade." Leo sighed, talking through the door. Another sigh was heard from the other side of the door.

Wade angrily got out the bath, evaporating the water dripping from his body before it could hit the floor. It was the 5th time this week Uta had summoned and uncontrollable amount of water, meaning it was the 5th time he had to clean it up. Wade then wrapped the towel around his waist. He cleared the water as he hastily made his way into the kitchen. His sights set on the guilty looking teen sitting on the kitchen bench, eating slices of watermelon.

"I'm sorry! I was only trying to help!" He flushed.

"We have taps for a reason. You don't need to use your power for every little thing." No matter how many times he was told, Uta never absorbed the information. Ever. Wade felt hopeless everytime he lectured the boy, yet he did it anyway.

"You're banned from the kitchen when people are doing dishes!" Leo walked back into the kitchen and began picking up shards of glass and plates, not missing a single piece.

"You mean I'm saved from dishes? Wicked!" Both Wade and Leo sighed, leaving Uta to his watermelon.

"Uta~" Melody sidled up beside Uta, elbowing him gently in the side.

"What do you want?" Uta sharply replies.

"You know, you shouldn't think such nasty things about your friends~" Melody says, wiggling her perfectly shaped eyebrows.

"GET OUT OF MY HEAD YOU CREEP!"

Uta hastily walked away from Melody, feeling extremely invaded. He made sure she could hear exactly what he thought. He felt a thud, he groaned when he realised that it wasn't a wall he walked into.

"Ugh, Inukashi! Wear a bell or something." he vaguely heard a small sorry as he continued walking to the living room. He sighed when he saw Wade, and hoped there was nothing he could get lectured on.

"Hope you haven't caused any more trouble, Uta." he mumbled. Not even looking up from the book he was reading.

"No dad. I've been a chipper chap since you last saw me, 40 seconds ago!!" Uta replied sarcastically.

"I do not appreciate you calling me that! I'd die if you were my child." Uta pretended he was hurt. If he was honest, he too would wish to die if Wade was his father. Wade wasn't that much older then Uta, he was 20- Uta was 18. He liked to act as if he was responsible for everyone. He wasn't.

"Why are there so little plates in the kitchen?" Zander asked, suddenly sitting on the couch beside Wade.

"Ask Uta." Wade answered dryly.

"He did it again, didn't he?" Zander sighed. Knowing he would be made to get more plates. Again.

"Why does everybody hate me?" Uta sighed, flopping on the arm chair.

"Awwwwww, don't be like that Uta~" Melody said, appearing at his shoulder.

"RICHIE! STOP HER FROM GETTING IN MY HEAD!"

"I don't think Richie is even here." Wade muttered, giving up on his book. No one ever kept track of Richie.

"You can't hide Uta~" Melody whispered in a melodic voice, nearly causing Uta to leap out of the arm chair.
