➸ two : open the png you want to use

➸ three : create a new layer and place it under the png layer, change the brush color to whatever you'd like then draw around the png

➸ four : create a new layer over the previous one, change the brush color to white (i usually make this thinner than the colored one)

➸ five : apply gaussian blur to both layers, adjust until satisfied (the ones above already have blur applied)
➸ six : change white layer to add, change colored layer to whatever you prefer, adjust opacity (i changed the colored layer to screen, and 55% opacity for both layers)

➸ seven : duplicate both layers and move the duplicates to above the png, adjust opacity if wanted
