Today Xavier was my teacher. He was helping me with my strength. You see I could only evoke my powers when I'm really angry, he was teaching me ways on how to evoke my powers without anger. It was going quite well so far, I mean have countless number of tries, I could last two minutes in a fight with him without getting angry. When I wasn't reasured because I lasted only two minutes, he told me it was because I was just starting to develop my powers and that he was the strongest person in the whole of Pandbora.
When you look at him, you wouldn't get the idea that he was overly muscled, that he was on drugs or something. He was just well-built and if he wore a shirt that clung to him- like he was wearing now, you could see the outline of his flat, muscled stomach. I found myself staring at him for too long and when our section was over, he took of his shirt. Damn! How much I would give to just run my hands across them. I found myself gawking at his well defined six pack that begged to be caressed. What was wrong with me hormones were definitely getting the better of me.
"Like what you see" His deep, husky voice snapping me out of my little fantasy. "Take a picture, it would last longer" he smirked.
"Pleeeease, I've seen better" I said trying to make my voice sound normal.
"It's that right?" he laughed, moving really close to me. "Whose?" He was really close. I could smell his minty breath, he smelled of apples and something else that I couldn't place my finger on.
"Whose?" He asked again, purposefully brushing his lips against mine. My knees grew weak. How could he have that kind of effect on me and we haven't even kissed yet. I wanted to pull away, but my body disobeyed me. It was like I was rooted to the spot. He brought his hands up to my lips and brushed against it. I silenced the moan that was threatening to come out. He then move his face closer to mine and just when I thought we would kiss...
"Are my interrupting something?" A voice said from behind me, ruining the moment. I turned my head and saw Josh looking at me with accusing eyes. I broke away from Xavier instantly and I felt the need to explain it to him, but I stopped myself. He was the one giving me mixed signals. Why should he care?
"Elaine what's to speak to you" He said using his serious tone.
Something must be wrong.
