Theodosia's POV

I woke up in my bed, not realizing that I had been asleep. My head throbbed, giving me a headache as I stood up. My vision blacked out for a moment from the sudden movement. My vision cleared up as I glanced around, my headache only worse. I made my way over to the door, twisting the knob to open it.

It was still dark outside. I knocked on Pip's door before entering just to see that he was still asleep. I rubbed my eyes to rid them of the tiredness before walking over to Pip and shaking him a bit. Pip sat up, his eyes still closed. He shook his head, slapping himself in the face to fully wake himself up.

Pip's eyes opened and he reached to turn on his bedside lamp. We made eye contact and his face turned concerned, "Theo? Do you need something?" I shrugged, "I have a really bad headache."

He threw his blanket off, standing up and grabbing my shoulders, "Are you alright?! Do I need to take you to the emergency room?!" I shook my head, "No," He sighed in relief, walking over to his desk. He looked through his drawers, pulling out a small bottle and shaking some little pills into his hand.

He grabbed a bottle of water and handed it to me, along with the medicine. Swallowing the pills, I rubbed my head, waiting for the pain to disappear. Pip ruffled my hair, "Feeling better?" I nodded, a smile creeping onto Pip's face.

I felt him embrace me, "It's three in the morning, you should get to sleep." I shrugged, my headache ceasing. I pulled away, flashing a smile before returning to my room. I closed my door, climbing back into bed.

~Time skip~

Nightmares suck. I sat up, pain filling my body as I woke up.

'Waddup, I'm back.'

Oh great. "Can you go away for once?"

'Nope,'

"Who are you?"

'Sorry sweetheart, no can do, that's top secret.'

I sighed, starting to ignore the voice as it tried to get my attention again. I heard a knock at my door before it swung open, revealing Pip. He gave a small smile, sitting on the bed next to me, "Are you feeling better? Who are you talking to?"

I shrugged, "I don't know." He opened his mouth to say something but was interrupted by a knock at the front door. Pip stood up, gesturing for me to stay where I am. I nodded as he exited the room.

Philip's POV

I rushed down the stairs to the front door, opening it, my eyes landing on Susan. I smiled, stepping out of the doorway to allow her in. "Hey, Susan," I greeted, her smiling. "Hey, Philip," she replied.

I gestured for her to follow me and we walked upstairs. I opened Theodosia's door, "Hey Theo, we have a visitor, you can see her if you'd like." Theo nodded and I turned back to Susan, leading her to my room. I sat on the bed and she sat beside me. "So why are you here again?" I questioned, raising an eyebrow.

She shrugged, "Guess I wanted to get to know you." I nodded, soon falling into conversation with the younger girl. We talked for about an hour before Theodosia entered, asking for me to help her out with something. Turns out, Theodosia dropped her folder of school work in the trash can because she was frustrated.

I helped her out with the rest of the work after cleaning up the mess, Susan sitting next to us.

Third Person POV

Philip's phone buzzed, signaling that he had received a call. Informing both Theodosia and Susan, Philip stepped outside the room to take the call, leaving the two girls alone. After a few moments, Susan looked up with a violent glint in her eye as she gripped the emotionless girl's wrist.

"What are your intentions with Philip?" she asked in a dark tone. Theodosia's blank slate expression turned into a confused one as she raised an eyebrow. "You know what I'm talking about. You are always with him," Susan continued, Theodosia's expression changing back to normal.

Something inside of Susan snapped as she growled, digging her nails into Theodosia's arm and pushing her a bit, "Are you going to answer me?" Theodosia just replied with a brief, "Nope." Susan furrowed her eyebrows, letting go and letting Theodosia off with a warning. Theodosia couldn't comprehend anything that was going on in her state of mind, but she did know that Susan was no good.

Susan's POV

Philip came back into the room, scratching the back of his neck, "Hey girls, I got called in by my dad, I'm on baby duty. D-Do you think you guys can survive without me for an hour or so?" I nodded, "Of course, Philip!" Philip flashed a smile, "Remember that I'm not forcing you to stay here or anything, you can leave anytime."

I gave a closed-eyed nod and Philip winked at Theodosia and me before exiting. This was my chance. Theodosia can't comprehend my actions, I can be as harsh as I want on her. She isn't smart enough to know my goal. Knowing this information, I stood up, walking downstairs.

I watched as Philip closed the front door behind him and I walked down to the kitchen, searching through the drawers for something I could use as a weapon. I looked around for a knife but was surprised when I discovered that Theodosia and Philip didn't own knives.

Smart. Philip must've known Theodosia would end up accidentally hurting herself. There were only shitty plastic knives in the cabinets. Philip must've made it a priority to practically baby-proof the entire house. I groaned; this didn't come to any use. Philip must have something.

I walked up the stairs, opening the door to Philip's bedroom. I looked through his drawers, hearing a small voice behind me, "What are you doing?" I turned around, making eye contact with Theodosia's emotionless eyes and blank expression. I smiled, "I loaned Philip one of my books and he forgot to give it back to me. I'm simply looking for it."

Theodosia raised an eyebrow, "Philip told me not to let people go through his stuff," I rolled my eyes, "I'm not 'people', princess. I'm his girlfriend." Theodosia rested her hands on her hips, "He doesn't have a girlfriend."

Is she using her brain or is she downright insane? I stood up straight, walking toward the shorter girl. I glared, "I would appreciate if you minded your own business." Theodosia's eyes turned a dull blue, walking over to Philip's desk. Opening the bottom drawer, several sharp items were revealed. Knives, pins, needles, et cetera.

Theodosia picked up one of the knives, sliding over it with her hand as she looked up with me, a smirk on her face,

"Huh, you were looking for these,"
