Preface

Neve and Josh were driving back to their one month old son Mason, being babysat by Neve's sister Becca. it was late and they were driving through the part if town where a lot of college bars were. It was one in the morning and Becca's imagination was starting to run wild with what could have happened, but she was hoping that they had stopped for a dinner date to get away from the stress of being new parents. Unfortunately Becca's hopes were wrong when she recieved a phone call from her mom.

"Becca? You have to get down to the hospital now! Bring Mason and hurry this isnt good." Becca's mom, Roxanne, rushed in what sounded like one word. Becca ran to Mason's nursery to get him and got in the car.

The 20 minute drive to the hospital had Becca coming up with every possible scenario of who and what could be going on when she got there. She arrived to the hospital right after her parents had both said goodbye to Neve. Bec was left in the room with her parents crying behind her and nothing left to do but say goodbye to her sister. Becca tried to ramble off how much she loves and is going to miss Neve but it just came out as choked sobs. Neve reached out to grasp Becca's hand.

"Becca listen you need to...... to go to my room...." Neve barely said above a whisper. "theres, theres a letter... in my safe you need to read it will tell you everything. I love you." the last part was barely audible but with those words Becca felt Neve's hand go limp in hers.
