KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK
"Puddin?" Harley asked, her voice squealing a little out of fear,"....are...you there?"
There was about 20 seconds of silence until she heard a squeak from his bed. Then footsteps sounded, coming up to the door, but it remained shut.
"Um. I'm sorry I left. I just needed to grab some food. I promise. You seemed really mad so I figured I could bring ya some cake from the bakery and we could have a nice dinner togetha..." She paused, twiddling with her fingers,
"Please open the door, sweetie."
Harley wasn't fully lying, she had picked up a small cake from a fancy bakery with pink icing and a purple flower.
"I...can go get the cake. Puddin."
She looked longingly at the closed door as tears began to form on her eyelids. She shook her head and knocked weakly once more.
"Puddin. Please don't be mad."
Suddenly the Joker slammed the door open and grabbed Harley by her neck,
"YOU LITTLE TRAMP WENT INTO THE CITY ON YOUR OWN AND DID YOUR OWN LITTLE ERRANDS, DIDNT YOU, DIDNT YOU?"
Harley's eyes widened and she took a breath for air before The Joker swung his fist at her face, flinging her against a wall.
"DARLIN, I WENT TO GET STUFF FOR YOU-" She sobbed, leaving streaks in her clown makeup as tears trickled down her flushed face.
"OHOHO, YOU JUST WANT TO MAKE THIS WORSE DONT YOU? I," He beat Harley with his fists between words, "WONT-BE-LIED-TO-BY-A-LITTLE-"
"STOP IT PUDDIN, STOP!" She grabbed his arms in an attempt to stop him, fighting with all she had, "IM SORRY! STOP IT!"
Even through Joker's white face, it turned a light pink because of how furious he was. He grabbed Harley and dragged her down the hallway. Many thugs roaming the area noticed this and some began to laugh. Harley was crying the entire time, wet sobs of agony, physical and emotional. The Joker flung open the main door to the abandoned warehouse and tossed Harley out without an ounce of remorse.
She looked up at him one time with bloodshot eyes before he slammed the door in front of him, leaving his girlfriend in the night.

Poison Ivy navigated her way around the city, keeping a low profile, returning back to her humble abode in a crappy apartment building. After a night of crime with Harley, Ivy was exhausted and ready to had some time with her plants. She unlocked the rickety front door and shut it behind her.
This apartment complex is pretty much a way for druggies and criminals to have a place to stay, no one really cares about who is occupying the rooms, as long as they pay up each month.
Ivy sat down at a table placed by her kitchen, and fiddled with a flower placed in the middle of it. The flower slithered it's way over to her fingertips and slowly grew around her body.
"Hello my babies." She whispered, letting the leaves and vines spread around her. It eventually stopped growing and Ivy shrunk it back down,
"Good boy."
She stood up and took a mug from her sink and filled it up with water that probably wasn't safe enough to drink. She took it with her into her bedroom and sat down, sipping from it slowly. Halfway she stopped and poured the rest into a succulent next to her bed.
"Goodnight darlings." Ivy said before flicking off the lamp and curling into bed. She fell asleep quickly and quite peacefully.

Ivy slept longer then she had previously anticipated. She woke up in a daze at around 6:00 pm.
"Did... I sleep the entire day?" She groaned, rubbing her eyes drowsily.
Poison Ivy stretched and wormed her way out of bed. She touched each of her plants on her way to the kitchen. She had picked up some pizza the previous night so she grabbed the box from the fridge and ate a few slices, still hazy.
