Sierra's POV
I knew we'd always be known as the infamous villain kids from the Isle and most people will always see us as a reminder of our parents evil-doing, but what I never expected was Auradon's news team to crowd us with questions concerning Mal being with and how long did we think that evil could pretend to be good.
"Sierra! How is Auradon compared to the rats' nest you VKs are from?! How do you think Mal will become a queen with her mother being Maleficent?!" They all yelled questions at me and flashed their expensive looking cameras and as Mal walked over they crowded her with similar inquiries. "Mal, ever think a girl like you would be lady of the court for the Royal Cotillion coming up?" "Is your mother still a lizard?" "Have you thought about returning to the Isle of the Lost?" Ben interrupted them just in time because both Mal and I had been questioned thoroughly. "Okay-okay excuse me," he said as he pushed by some of the interviewers "Did you ever think you'd be with a villain kid? Or even friends with one?" A lady asked holding the mic to Ben's face, "We're done here," he said after a chuckle and the FGM came over to put out the annoying paparazzi. I wasn't even sure why they had questioned me I wasn't anyone special compared to Mal and Ben. I walked away after the crowd of trespassers were gone. Evie, Mal, and I were meeting up to design our dresses for the Cotillion.
Evie was fixing up Mals gown for the Cotillion coming and it looked very uncomfortable as she pulled the corset extremely tight. "Okay, ow Evie I cannot breathe," Mal said trying her best not to move too much so Evie wouldn't pull any tighter— if she even could. "Okay well you can breathe after the cotillion," Evie replies as she moved Mal's arms to check any spots of the dress that would need touching up
"Well I seriously doubt that, I have at least 20 more events after this and I can't remember any of them," Mal said as Evie admired her amazing dress making as she deemed her project complete. I thought back to that one interviewer's question briefly,
"Hey guys, have you ever thought about what we'd be doing if we were back on the Isle?" I asked them curious for what their answers would be
"That's funny" Evie said only slightly amused by my question me she soon turned her attention to the TV as Mal appeared on the screen, " as the royal couple continues their tour of the kingdom they dine with Aladdin and Jasmine, six months ago no one thought that King Ben and his girlfriend from the wrong side of the bridge would last... Mal must be counting the day until the royal Cotillion until she'll officially become a lady of the court," I tuned the rest out as Mal flipped through her spell book and attempted to remember everything necessary for the royal duties
Evie confiscated Mal's spell book as Mal said to plead her case, "you don't miss running wild and breaking the rules like we used to?" "I do sometimes" I replied only half listening and Evie sent me a look that meant don't encourage her madness.
"You mean stealing and lying and fighting?" Evie asked surprised "no! Why would we? M come here" she said as she made Mal stand up, "look at where we are, we're in Auradon... and We're Auradon girls now!" Evie said enchantingly as we all watched Mal up on the big screen living as Ben's royal girlfriend. "This is the land of opportunity. We can be whatever we want to be here!" I jumped in "We've never had this on the Isle Mal, I could've never been with Carlos, you wouldn't be able to take control of your life, and Evie probably wouldn't be following her dream of designing and actually making it happen. It's a great gift Ben gave us when he brought us here, so maybe the past should stay the past." I said as I put my hand on her shoulder

All us VKs were walking to our classes (required Remidial Goodness again)
As we walked by a stone wall where lots of girls were sitting they all jumped to say their hellos to Jay and some Carlos making only a little bit jealous. Jay responded with a simple Hey to a few of them and Carlos ignored them all together, "Why are you teasing them?" Carlos asked Jay as we kept walking, "why don't you just pick someone to take to the dance?" Carlos said leaving a playful slap on Jay's arm
"I'm going solo," he took a pause, "that way I can dance with all of them," he said smirking and I rolled my eyes at him just like I usually do.
"Well who are you taking Carlos? Since you're so worried about my situation." Jay said smirking at me and Carlos
"Well I'm taking Sierra," he said matter-a-factly. I smirked, "I don't remember being asked to go to any kind of dance with anyone thought," Carlos looked over at me with a look that said seriously, "until someone asks me properly I'm not going," I shrugged teasing my boyfriend. "Well uh- Sierra... would you like to—" Jane came up to us and stol Carlos's attention away from our conversation. "Hey Carlos, do you think that we should go with the ocean theme or a masquerade theme?" Jane asked getting entirely too close to my boyfriend. "Um i'm not really sure, but both sound really cool," Carlos said scratching the back of his neck awkwardly. Jane turned to Mal and handed her the binder with copies of the plans for the Cotillion, attempting to get some feedback from her. Carlos and I walked off attempting to get to class on time leaving the others minus Jay behind with Jane and Loni.
