Chapter 17: New Beginnings

Yo, haven't written in a while thankful for those of you who stayed for my stupidly long hiatus and appreciate the votes and comments. I won't make excuses of why I haven't posted but instead i'll give you a new chapter and i will soon finish this story so look out for that. let's begin!

I wake up to sunlight streaming in from the outside past the curtains. I rub my eyes with my hands and yawn to myself, carefully enough not to wake up Touka. My eyes wonder to her face and my breath is taken away. She is the most angelic, yet demonic, being in this world. Her beautiful features make me realize what I did to deserve and have a chance with her. I reach out with my hand to touch her cheek and my fingers brush against her soft skin. She smiles and begins to stir awake. She opens her eyes and smiles at me.

"Good morning"

"Good morning, beautiful"

She smiles and says,
"Have you been up for long?"

"No surprisingly, I just woke up a few minutes ago." I smile at her.

She nuzzles close to me and kisses my neck. I smile at her and kiss her forehead. She moves her eyes to my eye level and kisses me. It's not a rough energetic kiss but one that's full of love and passion. I smile in her lips and kiss her more. After 2 minutes of kissing, she pulls away and smiles at me.

"I'm going to get breakfast ready, anything you want to eat?"

"That pussy" I grin at her.

She scoffs and playfully slaps my chest, "Yeah maybe later mister, I'll go make some coffee and we'll go out to eat." She gets up and walks to the bathroom to get ready. I sit up and realize that we've only been eating human food and we actually need to eat some flesh. Luckily I know of a place that sells flesh at a good price and it's in the ghoul underground. I get up and start to look for my clothes, I put on some pants and I wear my normal vans with a short-sleeve shirt. Touka opens the door from the bathroom and comes out with a sundress that fit her perfectly and proportionally fits her curves. Her hair was some what wet and she came out with a towel in hand drying her hair. I make my way to the restroom and start to brush my teeth. After I finish, I go into the kitchen to see Touka handing me a cup of coffee and I take it eagerly. After drinking out coffee we make our way to our breakfast spot.

We arrive at the place, "Ghoul Heaven" and we take our seats at a table. A waiter comes up to take our orders.

"Hello, welcome to Ghoul Heaven, I am Micheal and I will be your server today. What can I get for you guys?"

Touka goes first in ordering, "I would like a human kidney and spleen, medium rare on the spleen please." She puts down her menu and looks at me. I look at the waiter and say,

"I'll have the stomach and lungs, medium on the lungs please."

The waiter writes on his notepad, grabs our menus, and leaves. I look at Touka and smile.

"How are you feeling?"

"Better, better than before."

"Good. Hey I was thinking why don't you go and treat yourself? Go get a massage by some clothes, go to the mall with some friends."

She raises her eyebrow and puts her hand under her chin, " Why? What's the occasion?"

I put my hand on her cheek and smile, "I can't do anything nice for my girlfriend?"

She smiles and kisses my hand, "Fine, Fine. I'll have a girls out with Dali."

I smile and our waiter comes with our food. He hands the spleen and kidney Touka. He hands he the stomach and lungs and we both thank him and hungrily eat our food.

After our breakfast we exit the underground and Touka leaves to go hangout with her friend and I have another idea in my mind. I take out my cell and look through my contacts for the right person. I dial the number and I hear the voice I wanted to talk too.

Hide: Hello?

"Yo, what are you doing right now?"

Hide: Nothing why?

"Trying to meet up like right now?"

Hide: Sure, where do we meet?

"The usual"

Hide: Alright I'm on my way.

"Cool see you soon."

I hang up the phone and go to our usual place to meet up. We meet up at our favorite coffee shop and I see him sitting down at a table. I walk over to him and he smiles and gets up. He sticks out his hand I give him our secret handshake. He sits down and I sit across from him.

"So what's up Ken? You don't usually call me out of the blue like this."

"I have a first name Hide, and I needed your advice on something."

"Sure what is it?" He looks at me intently.

"I think I want to marry Touka."
