So maybe shit was an understatement.
As soon as very one realized that the boy, whose arms I am currently in, is the same boyfriend of mine that is supposedly dead everything was turning into chaos.
"G-Gh-Ghost....." Seth stuttered out before his body went limp and all of us watched as he fell face flat on the floor.
Nobody even tried to catch him.
Such cruel people.
Seriously brain, now is not the time for this. Instead try to think how will I explain all this to everyone at once including Carter, who doesn't have a single clue about what's going on.
Oh so now you want me to think, why not tell me to shut up. After all that's the only thing you like to say to me.
Have you forgotten that you are my brain and I can use it as I please. You cannot be sarcastic with me, so shut up and do as I say. Idiot.
Sometimes I wonder if having a brain is a good thing or a bad thing.
While I was with an internal debate with my brain, I vaguely noticed Ron moving a still on floor Seth over my couch.
My poor couches have never been used so much in their life.
Vin with his scary face on, walked towards us and pulled me away from Carter and pushed me behind him.
"I don't know if you are a ghost or not but whoever you are, if you want to live, stay away from my sister." Vin spoke lowly.
"And mine too." Different voices chorused.
"And because he can't say anything right now, I speak for the both of us..... Ours too." Ron pointed at himself and an unconscious Seth, because apparently it was important for my brothers to advertise that they are my brothers.
They are so stupid.
I looked at a confused looking Carter then at the angry brothers and decided to do this one at a time.
First family then Carter, because that explanation is obviously a lot complicated.
But before I could do that my house transformed into a Zoo.
No, not a really a zoo, but it felt the same because jut one sentence from Carter and every one started to answer him.
"I don't even know you people, how will I know your sisters?" That was what Carter said and all hell broke lose.
Everyone started talking at once, apart from the 4 ladies that were present and it was a complete havoc.
Loud, so loud.
"You don't know us but you surely know my sister." Vin said and took a threatening step towards Carter.
"You mean our sister." Rom said and Dam put his hand on Vin's shoulder as they came up behind him so they stood in a triangle formation in front of Carter.
"Yes. Our sister." Vin corrected.
"I am trying to interrogate him and you two are ruining the effects by interrupting." Vin huffed loudly at the other two from the trio.
"We wouldn't have intervened, if you just remembered that she is our sister just as much as she is yours." Dam snapped back.
This is wrong. This kind of fight over a girl happens onlyin books and movies when all of them want her. Not when they claim to be her brothers and fighting off a potential boyfriend.
"Focus." Rom ordered and instantly the other two became quiet and went back to glaring at Carter.
So much testosterone is making me dizzy, I think I need to sit down.
I faintly heard Carter say something but couldn't make out what as I tried to walk over to a couch.
I didn't like leaving him alone with all the threat surrounding him but I am not sure I would be of any help in my current state.
Meanwhile questions were being thrown left and right.
I took a few deep breaths to regain control over my fuzzy brain and slumped body.
As soon as I did that, I wished I didn't do it in the first place because a word brawl is going on here.
"What do you mean you don't know our sister?" It sounded like Zach.
"The same one you shamelessly kissed in front of us is the one we are talking about." Dam the angry brother said.
Amidst the angry dialogues Carter just stood there, looking confused out of his mind. I am disappointed. He should have guessed it by now.
"Can you guys do this sometime later, I have seen my brother after about.... Over a year and I haven't even got the chance to meet him properly." Charles piped in trying to save Carter.
"You two can do that later, now we have questions that he is going to answer, whether he likes it or not." Vin, my once most adorable and sweet brother, stated very rudely, if I might add.
"Okay go on, ask away." Carter spoke up as Charles tried to say something.
"Why were you trying to eat our sister?" The oldest one of the Devon brothers, Marcus asked.
"Wait a sec. All of you guys have one sister but most of you don't even look alike. How is that even possible?" Carter said scanning the said brothers faces.
"It's possible so get over it. Just answer the question, why did you almost attacked our sister?" Andrew, the second oldest of the Devon brothers questioned.
"It would be really helpful if you actually said your sister's name, so I really understand what the hell is going on. Or is our sister, your sister's name" Carter the smart ass answered.
"Cameron is our sister." Rom finally spoke.
"But Cameron doesn't have any family, let alone brothers." That was the last blow before everyone started talking and yelling.
"How dare you say that."
"Are you trying to get us angry?"
"If I have to become her brother than I have the right to bully you."Many other different sentences were heard.
And just so you know, the last one was Ron.
"Would you just shut up. What should a man do to get a decent sleep around here." Seth angrily shouted making everyone quiet. I glanced at the couch he was passed out on a few moments ago, only to find him sitting up while glaring at the guys.
"Did he just told us to be quiet when we were talking about a life and death situation here?" The dramatic Andrew asked to no one in particular.
"I believe he did brother." Marcus answered anyway.
"I would be quiet and let them fight if I were you." Ron cleverly and quietly advised Seth. He didn't need to be told twice and he smartly shut up.
"We are getting off topic here you idiots." Rom scolded his brothers, correction, his older brothers.
"So where were we?" Zach spoke, cracking his knuckles.
My head hurts.
Is it me or is world really spinning around?
Two hand pulled me away from the catastrophe known as my living room, and took me upstairs to my room.
I think I need to focus so I don't faint.
