Having already gone to the weapon shop and buying what Ja'far thought looked interesting to have, the four of them entered the magic shop as per Yamraiha's wishes. The bell at the door chimed and Yamraiha looked around with fascination.

"They have more products than I expected," Yamraiha walked around and picked up a few stones embedded with magic.

"Does Fiore rely on magic a lot?" Ja'far asked.

"Only for tasks that require magic. For example, hunting monsters or irregularities that are happening," Lucy answered. "Those tasks that are left to the mages who reside in guilds and in return for completing those tasks, they're given rewards. In most cases, those rewards are money but in other cases, they're also objects. During my time at the guild, one of the rewards for my task was Sagittarius's key."

"So I guess they're technically strong for people to rely on them so much," Masrur commented.

"You can say so," Lucy said.

"But, never mind that, these are some good ones," Yamraiha said, picking up a communication lacrima crystal. "Lucy, do you know what this is?"

Lucy perked up and walked over to her, taking the lacrima crystal. "This is used as a communication device. It's similar to your Eye of the Rukh but the quality of the sound differs quite a bit and you can't see the other party's face. Also, depending on where you are, it can be inaudible at times but overall, it's good to use when you're in a stationary position."

"I see," Yamraiha nodded her head. "Then this?"

"That's a surveillance lacrima," she said. "It's similar to the one we have in Sindria where we viewed the materialized version of the southern creatures."

"Really?" Ja'far looked at it. "That's pretty useful."

Lucy nodded her head. "But, if you want to see what's happening at that time, you have to have a set of it," she picked up two. "One of them you have to follow the image of the thing you want to record while the other one is for you to see. Otherwise, you can just record the event that you want and view it afterward."

"Quite similar to the one in Sindria, that is, without the need for two," Ja'far said as he glanced over the items.

"Then are these also lacrimas?" Masrur picked one up.

"That's right," Lucy said. "That's a lacrima where a mage imbues their own magic in it to suit their uses. Fiore relies on different types of lacrimas to get around and even if you're not a mage, you can still use them for daily uses. And," Lucy picked one up and grinned. "This one is an explosive lacrima."

"I'll buy that," Yamraiha immediately took out her wallet as she went up to the cashier with several of them, an evil smirk plastered onto her face. "This'll be the perfect prank against that Sharrkan."

Lucy laughed.

"Don't those two ever get tired?" Ja'far sweat-dropped.

"Well, those two have been like that for years. Too late to change it now," Masrur noted.

Sighing, Ja'far turned the other way and as he did, something caught his eye. Towards the side encased in a large glass box were several winged pairs of glasses. Ja'far walked towards it as he stared at them, curious. Lucy smiled and walked over to it as well, Masrur following close behind her.

"These are my favorite," she said, taking her white one out. "Though I only use them when I have to."

"This is...?" Ja'far asked.

"They're gale-force reading glasses. It's better to let you try one out rather than having me explain it," she laughed. "Kaede, can I try one out?"
