The following day, the scenery was still the same and the days that followed that as well. They thought that the borders of their country were the most heavily reinforced considering just how many soldiers and mages there were but they didn't think that the population of the Garanda Empire would be that large. It was a country that only allowed entry and no exit so there really was no way of knowing but they were ashamed of themselves for thinking so highly. Scheherazade and Aladdin had also begun to take part in the war, supporting the others as they fought.

The empire's weapons of mass destruction could hardly be compared to the swords and bows and arrows of their own soldiers. They had the advantage of metal vessels but the defensive barrier put around the castle couldn't be broken for there were just too many and Muu's djinn equip only lasted for a mere minute.

"Bararaq!" Sinbad commanded as lightning struck the castle but to no avail.

The barrier was heavily enforced to the point where it might be even comparable to Sindria's if not more powerful. The Fanalis Corps continued to fight off the enemies as Morgiana used her household vessel to burn through those that stood in her way, creating a path for the soldiers behind her.

Kouen narrowed his eyes and just with that, the enemies took a step back, their legs trembling with fear. "If you have no business with me other than wishing to get in my way," he took up his sword as he slashed through them. "Then get out of my way!"

He quickly took care of the mages in the air with one swift motion and made way to the castle where the assimilated household members were busy trying to destroy the barrier. He slashed at it and gritted his teeth, only to find himself forced back.

"That's no ordinary barrier," Kouen said.

"I suspect that it's being enforced by several mages within the castle," Koumei came up to him before quickly summoning several transportation circles as the enemies came hurdling at them with their weapons. "Dante Al-Thais!"

"Magul Al-Hazard!" Hakuei yelled before turning to Hakuryuu. "Hakuryuu, how are you holding up?"

"I'm fine, onee-san," Hakuryuu smiled before swinging his scythe. "This much is nothing. Belior Goldoreza!"

"What foolish beings. They just don't know when to give up," Kouha grinned as he slashed through them.

But as he did, he widened his eyes in surprise at a mage came at him. Easily dodging it, he laughed at them but what he didn't expect was a series of them to come at him and in the middle of dodging them, he gritted his teeth as he felt the presence of one of their weapons aimed at him.

"No way!"

An explosion sounded and they all looked at what had happened. The Garanda Empire was truly merciless just like they heard. If it meant taking out one of the strongest people there, they didn't care how many needed to be sacrificed in order to ensure a victory.

"Kouha-niisama!" Kougyoku yelled.

Seeing him fall from the sky covered in blood, she widened her eyes before they flared with anger. Gripping her sword, she flew up into the sky and looked down at the hordes of enemies with eyes of utter despise and hate.

"You'll pay for hurting my brother, you despicable lowlifes!" she screamed as a large magic circle appeared behind her. "Spirit of Sorrow and Isolation... thou who controls the power to make kings, bring forth the great raging streams that judge the surfaced earth!! Vaniel Ganezza!"

The torrents of water from all sides of the country soon began rising. It continued to rise until its height overwhelmed even that of the castle which resided upon a mountainous land. The others widened their eyes in utter shock and disbelief.
