Chapter 4 "Let them hear you crying"

It's been two weeks since last time you saw the guys. You're extremely busy with studying and there is no time to rest. Once you caught yourself thinking about him. You didn't want to think about the pale man who treated you so coldly and rudely but you couldn't have stopped. Then you started worrying again. Sometimes you feel really low and weak, every little problem becomes bigger and bigger. You feel like the ground cracked under your feet. You need someone's help but you're too far from home. That makes you even more depressed.

You're finishing your homework for major when you heard knocking on the door. Your watch's pointing about 8PM. You have no clue who it would've been. 

"It's you." You saw Jimin in front of you who is smiling from ear to ear. He seems too excited and kind? It isn't the same impression when you saw him at Yoongi's home for the first time. Then he's more cocky and obnoxious. You hate people like him who were high-toned. You don't need to like them or be cool with their pathetic behavior. Honestly you couldn't have stood his appearance that day but now he's like a completely another person. You saw little sparkles in his eyes which made him more good-tempered.
"Are you free now?" He smiled at you showing his teeth.

Weirdly

"Not exactly. I need to finish my homework."
"Again? he sighed, tilting his head back. " You're so hard working. Maybe i could help you?"
"I don't think so but thank you for coming." You're closing door when you felt like something blocked your move. You saw his hand on the door and then you replaced your glance on his face. He's smirking in the same way like two weeks ago. You felt shiver running down your spine. 

"Oh come on (Y/N) i would be helpful. I'm sure you're smart enough to deal with your duties on your own but i could be your company."
"I don't wanna bother you. I'm fine. I don't nee-
"You're too stubborn." He pouted making you feel dumb. You raised your brows and crossed your arms. "The last time it was nice so maybe we should redo it?"

"You said that you want to help me with my duties. Didn't you?"
"Don't you wanna meet with me and the rest now? I'm sure they'll be glad seeing you once again."
"No. If you want to stay with me, okay but only for helping me. In another way you can leave me alone."

"Fine." He sighed entering your home. He took his shoes off and followed you to your living room. "Nice apartment." He looked around meeting your look with his.
"Thank you." You said going to the kitchen for tea. "Do you wanna something to drink? Tea, coffee or juice?"
"Tea'll be great." He shouted too loud for your ears so you covered them with your hands.

"Damn you don't need to be that loud i can hear you." You mumbled under your nose brewing tea for two of you. After five minutes you came back with two cups in your hands.
"Thank you." He sipped tea watching your every move. It's uncomfortable but you decided to ignore him. "So where are you from?"
"(Y/C)"

"Why did you move here?" You looked at him meeting his curious look.
"It's my dream. Living and studying here so that's why."
"Weren't you scared?"
"Are you that bored to ask me about my life?" He shook his head taking another sip of tea.
"I'm just curious. It must be hard for you to live without family and friends in new place. Especially when it's another country."

"It is but i'm not regretting my decision. "
"(Y/N) " his voice's so soft and gentle. He moved a little closer to you, looking straight into your eyes. "I know that you're busy with your studying but sometimes it's good to spend time with friends. I can't imagine how much you must feel alone here so if you have any problem or you feel lonely or weak just write to me or another of us. We'll try to help you."

His smile comforted you a lot. It hit you how much you're wrong with your first opinion about him. Maybe he acted like asshole but you felt better after his words. You felt like someone cares about you and that fact meant a lot to you. It's like a thin shadow of happiness and peace.
"Thank you so much. It means a lot to me."

"You don't have to thank me. I hope you aren't mad at me for my behavior."
"To be honest you acted like asshole." He pouted again making you laugh. Now you could see that he's cute and charming. You didn't know why he's hiding this part of himself.
"I'm glad that i made you laugh because it's a beautiful sound. "
"Don't be cheesy."
"I'm just telling the truth!" He smiled again showing you his eye-smile.
"Whatever. So could you help me with homework?"
"I'm sorry (Y/N) but i need to go. you'll be fine." He immediately stood up going to the exit without even saying goodbye.
"You promised to help me! I made a tea for you. You parasite!" You cried out but he didn't respond. The second what you heard it was sound of closing door. 

You sighed, slowly standing up. Then you felt like your stomach was demanding food. You went to the kitchen and made sandwich and another tea for yourself. After 10 minutes you came back to the living room. You're thinking about your future. You knew that you shouldn't have bothered your brain more but you couldn't stop. Million thoughts and questions filled your head. You didn't know how to deal with them. You felt like your throat and stomach're narrowing. Then you looked at the pink sky behind the window. It looks so peaceful and beautiful.

Am i strong enough?
