Appearance: Black lips are tight fitting, back is straight, moderately small feet, tail is held in "fish hook" carriage, well muscled hindquarters, almond shaped eyes are set obliquely.
Thrives in warm and cold weather, little to no grooming needed.
History: This breed is thought to be a direct descendant of the ancient pariah dogs that accompained Asians across the Bering Straits land bridge 8,000 years ago. It tends to be extremely shy and needs careful handling.
