Hangover, Ruined Reputation and Hospital visit

Kelsey's POV

I jolt out of my sleep due to an annoying alarm clock that sounds somewhat like a church bell instead. My head is literally pounding right now. I knew it was a bad idea to get hammered last night but it just felt right and I wanted an escape from life. I look around the room and there is no sign of Cristie. Where is she?

At that moment, she walks into her room with a cup of steaming hot coffee. She hands it to me and smiles "Good morning sleeping beauty. You look like shit." she laughs.

"You do know what you just said is redundant." I point out taking the mug from her.

"Yeah I know. I'm Cristie, the same girl whose failing her logic class." she laughs but I flinch at the sound. I am so fucked.

"Oops, sorry! I forget that you literally have the worst alcohol tolerance ever." she apologizes. It's true, actually. Two drinks and I think I'm Mary Poppins, trying to fly with an umbrella and shit.

"What time is it? Don't we have school?" I ask, groaning at the realization that I have to go somewhere.

"Yeah, we do but its only 6 o'clock. We have two hours now drink your coffee! I'm gonna take a shower." I obey and take a sip of the liquid floating around in the cup.

"Why do you want to go to school so early?" I ask, making sure I'm talking to the real Cristie and not some decoy.

A smile appears on her face "Niall hangs out on the football field early in the mornings so I hide behind the stands to check him out." she smiles. This is definitely the Cristie I know. I roll my eyes, is she serious?

"You are seriously attracted to that asshole??" I yell, immediately regretting it as my brain rattles.

"Hell yeah I am! He's cute. He looks like a bad boy ferbie." she gushes and I chuckle. She never ceases to amaze me with her peculiar descriptions.

"Whatever, just don't get too close to him. He's an ass. He is always mean to me for no reason; he's the reason that Eli and I broke up." I sigh, as I watch her gape at me.

"What did he do?" she urges, squeezing my arm.

"He told Eli that Harry and I had a little rendezvous so Eli cheated on me." 

"Did you cuss him out?"

"Of course I did." I say sipping on the coffee "He told me he did it to save me pain because Eli is apparently a whore. He sticks his tongue down everyone's throat."

"Well, I'm not surprised." she shrugs and I cough nearly doing a spit take.

"What do you mean you are not surprised?" I ask offended.

"Kel, you and I both know that we have been hearing those rumours for a long while now. How would Niall know about the rumours when he's new? Think about it. He wouldn't suddenly make up the same exact story we have been hearing around the school to hurt you. There has to be some truth behind it."

She's right. I hate when she is fucking right. It annoys me. I just don't want to admit that Eli is capable of such deceit while we were dating.

"Go take a shower." I pout in defeat, burying my face in the mug. She laughs and leaves the room.

I walk down stairs to look for something to eat in Cristie's kitchen and find that there is breakfast on the counter. "Awww! You did this for me? I love you." I shout to Cristie who was in the theatre room.

"Don't get ahead of yourself dear. I just felt sorry for you because of your killer hangover." she coes as she emerges from the room fully prepared for school. I haven't taken a shower yet and I have less than half an hour left til school starts. I am just too tired to move.
