"Grandpa!" Jaxon & I exclaimed as he picked us up from the train station.

"Oh how I've missed my favorite grandchildren. Faye, Jaxon, look how much you've grown." Grandpa said, pulling both of us in a much needed hug.

On the way to grandpa's house he asked us question after question and not once has he judged any of our answers, especially when I told him that I wasn't going to college.

"So any boyfriends that I need to know of?" Grandpa asked as we entered his small but cozy house that just felt like home every time I was here.

I was just about to answer when Jaxon cut me off.

"Harry." He said, pronouncing the 'r' as a 'w'.

"Harry and I are just friends, Jaxon." I said, embarrassed.

"By your reaction as soon as Jaxon mentioned his name there must be more to the story than just friends. Tell me about this Harry guy."

I glared at Jaxon as Grandpa turned around to get the cookies he's bought for us and some tea.

"It's a long story." I tried getting myself out of that situation.

"I've got time, darling." He grinned as we sat down on the couch. Jaxon crawled up on grandpa's lap, thinking that I wouldn't kill him when he was sitting there. He would always look away when I glared at him, showing me that he was scared. Good.

"We met at the wedding three months back or so." I shrugged, not really knowing how long it's really been.

"Go on." He urged me as he took a sip from his tea.

"We met a couple times. I found out he was...taken so we stopped seeing each other but then we kinda met again. It's all a mess."

"Oh, honey. I'm sure he'll come to his senses." Grandpa assured me but I wasn't so sure about that. He had plenty of time to do so.

I merely shrugged and grandpa took the hint so he started a conversation with Jaxon while I zoned out, thinking about the devil himself. Handsome devil might I add.

We spend hours talking and watching movies but at around four in the afternoon I went to take a shower to clear my head. I wanted to enjoy the weekend but after the little argument with Harry I couldn't seem to function right.

In the middle of my relaxing shower I heard noises downstairs and I figured that grandpa and Jaxon were just being their loud selves.

When my hands started looking like raisins I decided it was time to get out of the shower so I grabbed a towel and dried myself off.

I wrapped the towel around my body and left the bathroom to get to my room so I could get dressed.

However, as I entered the room I let out a scream.

"Fuck you scared me! What the hell are you doing here?" I yelled, hoping that I was just hallucinating.

"Everything okay up there?" I heard my grandpa ask from downstairs.

"Everything's great!" Harry assured him before shutting the door to the room me & Jaxon were staying at.

"What the fuck is going on?" I asked, grasping the towel tightly so it wouldn't fall.

"I talked to Lacey. She's pissed, threw me out of my apartment and slapped me." He explained, rubbing his left cheek that was much more red than the other one.

"You-" I started but I couldn't finish. I was too overwhelmed.

"Yes. I broke up with her." He confirmed my thoughts.
