It's been two months since Octavia and Clarke met, they've been locked in their cell everyday, not being allowed into the rest of the Sky box like the other young offenders -well unless they have to take a shower.
The only thing that kept them sane was eachother, all they had to do was either sleep, stare at a wall or talk to eachother. They found comfort in knowing that the other was in the same situation.
In two months Octavia came to realise that you could learn a lot about someone. She felt like she was ready to be asked 101 questions about Clarke and get them all right.
Although they were happy they had eachother they weren't happy about the guard they got, the guard-who's name they didn't know- would always make stupid jokes about them and just be plain rude for no reason. One time Clarke was pretty sure he spat in her food, well if you can even call the food..well food.
"Get up! Now!" The guard shouted as he slammed the door open and started hitting the walls with his weapon as to make as much noise as he could.
"We're up! Chill" Clarke said still in a sleep daze, Octavia looked at her with slight panic in her eyes, normally Clarke and Octavia wouldn't speak to the guard having learnt that the guard would hit people and nobody seemed to give a shit.
"What was that prisoner 319?" The guard asked with a glare as he stepped closer to Clarke's bed.
"Look I just said to chill" Clarke said in an exhausted tone while she stood up from her bed.
"What was that? I can't hear you, come closer" The guard said in a smug tone. Clarke glanced at Octavia out the corner of her eye before walking over to the guard.
"I sai-" before Clarke could get anything else out the guard brought his weapon down and smacked it across her stomach.
As Clarke hunched over Octavia went to run over to her but she only got a few steps forward before another guard grabbed her from behind.
"Hey let go of me!" Octavia started thrashing about in the guards hold, she looked behind her to see a guard grabbed Clarke by her arm and pull her into a standing position.
"What are you doing with us?" Clarke asked with a voice full of panic as the guards started dragging both Octavia and Clarke out of the cell.
The two guards didn't answer the girls, they just kept a form grip on them. The guard holding Octavia managed to get the cell door open and pull Octavia out of the cell.
The guard holding Clarke quickly followed closely behind the guard holding Octavia. Both guards dragged the girls into the main hall of the Sky box that had all the other kids in.
Everyone turned in their direction as the guards literally threw the girls onto the floor next to eachother.
Octavia turned her focus from the guards to everyone looking at them. She felt so small under the gaze of them all, but not only that, the only people she had proper contact with was her mother, Bellamy and Clarke. She just wanted to shrink away from their prying eyes back into her shared cell- with Clarke of course.
When Clarke was thrown onto the floor she hit her head quite hard on the floor, making her head feel dizzy. She looked at Octavia to see that the girl wore an expression of nervousness and who could blame her? Her own face probably mirrored her bestfriend's. After all they were just thrown in front of the judgemental eyes of about a hundred teenagers.
Both girls quickly stood up awkwardly as only some of the teenagers looked away and did their own thing, leaving many still silently staring.
"Wait isn't that Clarke Griffin? The privileged bitch?" Both Octavia and Clarke's gaze snapped over to the right to see a group of guys staring at them.
"And isn't that Octavia Blake the girl under the floor?" All at once so many voices filled their ears as people started making very loud and very horrible judgements about them.
They would do anything for silence right about now. They would do anything for people to have a different reaction then...well then this!
