*One week later*
"Ughh... mangoes are the best!" She cried.
"But Not as best as chocolates!" He added.
Lorry and Charles are now eating at the yogurt place near their school. Since it's friday, they don't have any class so they decided to just hang out and maybe even talk about their project, more ideas and plans.
"So, what do you think we should do about it? Honestly, I suck in acting." She said.
"Well, I know someone who works at some tv program or whatsoever. He can help us in directing so we don't have to worry about it."
"Really?"
"Yeah, he's a great friend of my dad. He can help us a lot, also I don't know how to act." He chuckled.
She nodded, agreeing with him while savoring her favorite mango yogurt. It's been ages since she went to this shop and she was thankful that he brought her here.
They were chatting and chatting, just like the time when they went to starbucks for coffee. But the only difference is, they are more confident on each other now. It was that fast, you could think.
But to them, they think they can open up with each other everytime they wanted to. They are just so easy to get along with as soon as you get to know them.
But one thing they didn't know is that, they are secretly developing something inside of them towards each other.
They knew it but they just don't admit it to each other and even to themselves. They-and we all- know its only been a week but who knows?
In general, they're just like a woman who saw a beautiful dress at the mall and she didn't even hesitate to buy it. Just like that.
But the problem is, how much they open up to each other, they can't tell their feelings because they are one hell of a coward.
But anyway, they don't like it to think that way for now. Maybe there was really a time for them to comprehend each other's feelings.
"We should go here more often" She said out of the blue.
"Ha, I know you'll enjoy this place." He smirked.
Then they heared a 'ding' sound which means some customer is going inside.
There was a man who was about in his 40's or 50's who walked inside.
Lorry recognized him and her eyes widened at the sight.
He was ordering a yogurt when he noticed her. Please don't.
His smile became wider as he walked towards her."Hi Lorry, how are you?"
"Uh... I just.. I-I'm fine." She stuttered.
Really Lorry?!
"I hope you really are." He chuckled. Then His eyes landed on Charles. "Who is he? A boyfriend?" He smiled teasingly.
"No, just a friend" She forced a smile at him.
"Ah, I see. Well, I have to go now. Someone's waiting for me outside. Tell your mom I said hi."
"Will do."
Then he waved goodbye at the two of them.
Thank goodness gracious.
She released a heavy breath she didn't know she was holding.
"Who's he?" Charles asked.
"Just a friend."
"You're nervous at a friend?"
She can tell he noticed her reactions a while ago. Fuck.
"Why do you always ask questions?" He can tell she was getting annoyed.
"Because maybe I was really trying to get to know you." He glared at her.
"Well, he's a friend of my mom from highschool, and he's a close friend of our family. Happy?"
"Indeed."
"Thankyou. Now let's finish this freaking yogurt and get out of here because it's getting late now." She said.
He finds it funny how she can change her mood in a matter of seconds. Once they finished their yogurt, they immediately headed to his car to take her home.
She hesitated to let him give her a ride home because he's been doing it almost everyday since this past week but he insisted because he said that they are friends now and it's better if he can assure himself that she can go home safely since there are a lot of bad guys on the street anytime of the day.
She just agreed with it though. She knew she can't win their argument anyway.
