You walked out to the battlefield waiting for Katsuki to come out while reflecting on what All Might told you about him.

P A S T

"Why do you need me to help you out for the final exams if you guys were intending to do it in pairs?" you asked.

"Well, I believe you can help us with Bakugo," Toshinori said, "When you substituted in teaching Biology, that was the first time I ever have seen Katsuki take interest in a class. I believe with your method of combat, you can hone in on his weakness and change his way of thinking."

"As much as I like to help," you started, "I can-"

"Before you say that," Toshinori stated, "We can still pretend to not be together in our hero forms and have it staged where the school asked for you to help; that way, Serah will be safe and All for one wouldn't know."

"Hm..."

P R E S E N T

"That attitude of yours will be your demise," you thought as you pulled out your blade while remaining in your same position as Bakugo got ready to fight.

"I can't wait to beat you," Katsuki exclaimed as you remain stoic at his overconfident attitude and smirked.

"That might just happen to you," you replied while taking a sip of water and quickly covering the cap on it.

"What did you just say?" Katsuki yelled as his fury continued to grow.

"All I have to do is make sure you don't make it to the gate and prevent you from putting the handcuff's on me, right?" you asked while placing the weights on your body, "I'll do it my way while I have these weight on."

"Solo Team: Katsuki Bakugo Practical Exam," the computer announcement stated, "Ready...GO!"

Katsuki charged towards you as you jumped up from his blast and extended your wings and flew upwards.

"It's terrible the way you think," you replied as you swiped your blade quickly at his large grenade-like gauntlets to prevent him from using an offensive attack by releasing the clips.

He quickly took those gauntlets off and throw them your way causing you to dodge swiftly from his attack see the explosion. You quickly retreated your wings and landed on top of a building as Katsuki used his explosion quirk to attempt to get to your level and get a close range attack.

You laughed and threw your blade directly at his face, causing him to use his quirk to propel him from the direction of your blade and quickly use his other guantlet as a weapon.

You swiftly jump from the aim of the gauntlet as it exploded. But with the smoke covering your vision, Katsuki used it as a screen to get closer to you and began firing. You swiftly ran down the building to avoid his blasts.

You jumped off the building, using it as a base and flipped while extending your wings and flying low to the ground as Katsuki started to blast his way to catch up to you.

Weaving threw windows and skidding everywhere to throw him off your track, but to your surpise he was keeping up to a point that his hand reached near your face as he fired a blast, causing a small cut to form.

Swiftly after his shot, he quickly fired a explosion into your stomach causing you to gasp for air and skid back. Quickly without thinking you began to fly through the roads at a low level once again.

"Smart kid," you thought as you flew under cars and quickly took cover in a building as you heard him landed on the ground, "But if I was him, I would use this chance to escape rather than boost an ego."

"Where are you Beloved?" Katsuki asked, "Don't tell me you're running away."

You tsked as you touched the blood that began to congeal from your forehead and run down your eyes causing you to laugh.

"That is a powerful quirk you have there," you complimented, "It's such a shame you use it in such a poor way."

"What was that?!" Katsuki yelled as he walked closer to where he thought he heard the voice and blasted the spot, only to be wrong, "Where the hell are you?!"

"You have 10 minutes to get to the gate and yet you choose to fight me," you stated, "Believing that you have me cornered like a little rat. It's ashamed that I thought you were smarter than this."

"STOP FUCKING HIDING!" Katsuki yelled as he charged towards where he believes he heard you as you smiled and walked out towards him causing him to smirk and charge towards you, stepping in a small puddle of water.

"You fail," you said as you stomped in the same puddle, sending currents of electricity towards him.

A scream pierces the winter morning like the sounds you would hear from civilians when they were running away from danger. It echoed through the makeshift battlefield. You can hear his pain, garbling and pitiful.

You looked at his short-circuited body as he instantly fell unconscious from the battle. You walked towards his body to see it still rising, indicating he was alive and walked out of the building, leaving the medics to get his body.

"You should have used your chance and escaped." you thought.

"Solo Team Katsuki has failed the exam," the announcer stated.
