What happens when a depressed person believes in something?
The great man in the sky
Well, he's supposed to listen
You bang your fists on the door but no one's home
The window, there, there is a man who will listen
Try little taps at first, polite
Desperation sets in and you're slamming your arms against the glass
Cry out: Listen to me! Tell me I will be alright!
Listen to me! Tell me I am enough!
The glass is breaking but you're all alone
Pick up a shard of those broken beliefs
Carve insanity into your veins
Paint crimson onto white-washed walls
Set fire to forever because the pain won't go away
