Natasha's pov:
Bucky is battling the Winter Soldier in his mind right now. They're fighting over the body. The Winter Soldier seems to be winning today. He's even in his winter soldier suit, armed and all. He's' even wearing the goggles. Everybody is hanging out in the living room today. 'Everybody' means Me, Clint, Tony, Bucky, Steve, and Sam. Bucky has been acting strange all day. He's sitting next to Steve right now, and has been staring at Tony behind goggles for a good two minutes already.
"How can I help you?" Asked Tony, looking up from his laptop.
Bucky doesn't respond. He continues to stare.
"...Bucky?" Steve tries to call him back to reality.
He fails.
I walk up to him and kneel by him.
"You ok soldier?" I ask.
He turns his head, but only a little.
"How do we get Bucky back? I hate him, but I hate this guy more. This guy tore apart my car two years ago." Sam says.
Steve's pov:
Sam's comment concerned Buck. Bucky has his hand on the gun in his holster. I need to watch him carefully.
"Well, we could do something to trigger his memories as Bucky, and hope that he also temporarily forgets about the Winter Soldier." Tony suggests.
Bucky whips out the gun and points is Tony. I grab my shield next to me, and get ready to attack. Tony flinched at Bucky's sudden movements.
"Good job, Tony. You said 'memories' and 'forget' in the same sentence regarding the Winter Soldier." Nat congratulates him.
"Bucky, put the gun down. Take all of your weapons, and set them on the table. Nobody's gonna hurt you." Steve reassures him.
Hesitantly, Bucky sets the glock 17 on the table. He sets his rifle on the table too, and then proceeds to grab other weapons he was carrying. He pulls out two knifes, three grenades, and the Skorpion and sets them on the table. Everyone seemed shocked including myself, except for Natasha. I set down my shield.
I let out a sigh of relief.
"There. See? Nobody's hurting each other, so everybody chill." I say, to ease the tension.
Natasha's still on the floor next to where Bucky is sitting. Bucky's still staring at Tony. Bucky's robo arm is twitching. He's thinking about killing Tony, I can tell.
"Bucky, I know how much you want to kill Tony right now, but don't." I warn him.
He doesn't spare me a glance.
"Don't kill me." Tony warns Bucky.
Bucky gets up and walks to his room pretty quickly. He shuts the door behind him in a rush. We hear something big moving in there.
Natasha slowly stands.
"What the hell just happened?" Clint finally speaks up.
"No one knows." Natasha pipes up as she disappears into her room.
Natasha's pov:
I escape to my room and get to work on my computer.
About an hour passes, and I get tired of being alone. I go back out into the living room and am greeted by Clint and Steve, the only ones still here.
"Clint get up, we're leaving." I order.
"Coffee?" He asks knowingly as he gets up.
"Duh."
"Let's go. Now." Clint grabs his wallet.
"Night on the town!" I get exited. I love going out with Clint. He's a good night out buddy.
...
We arrive back at the tower at around 2:00. When we get to the living room, we are greeted by an angry Steve and Tony waiting on the couch.
"Where were you?" Tony asks angrily.
"Night out." I smile. Me and Clint are both super drunk.
"Chill, it's ok Tony. Nobody got hurt." Clint defends us.
"You guys were out late, so we waited here for you to come home. We didn't think you were coming back." Steve interjects.
"You're both grounded." Tony says sternly.
"What? Why? At least we came back." I retort.
"You two scared the shit out of us." Tony snaps.
"Language." Steve buts in.
"We can defend ourselves, Tony!" I snap back.
"You're both really drunk." He argues.
"So what? We can't get drunk and have fun?" Clint is as pissed off as I am.
"I didn't say that. Just not at 2 in the morning, not telling us where you're going! This could cause problems for the avengers. We don't need the government mad at us again." He says, trying not to bee too loud.
"Government? Mad at us? For having fun? Shut the fuck up Tony. Forget the avengers for a fucking day." I snap.
"You're both on house arrest this week." Tony says.
"You're not our dad, Tony. Why don't you try stopping us?" I retort.
"If you try to leave again, I will." I says in a dead serious tone.
"...Fuck you Tony." Is all I can come up with. I stare him dead in the eyes, and though he wont show it, I see a flash of nervousness in his eyes.
"Eat shit Stank." Clint half giggles.
Me and Clint both head to our rooms.
I quickly lock myself up and drift to sleep.
I guess I'm on house arrest, and Bucky is unstable.
