The school's staff contacted my mother.

huh.. i wonder how that phone call home was like...

Phone call between school and Ria
"Uh hello is this (Y/n) (L/n)'s mother?" "Uh yeah thats me, who the fart is this? how do you know my daughter?" (mom's always been suuupppeerrr over protective of me, although i dont understand why.. i can take care of myself...)  "Oh, uh, This is the school of True Cross Academ-" "Oh dear god it hasn't even been a week what the freak is wrong with her, what did she do? Is she in trouble? Do you need me to pick her up or get her phone or something? If she's having problems with the phone, i'll ground her from it if i have to." (dear god no anything but the phone ;-; leave her alone she did nothing to you(her name is Matilda btw, Tilly for short, the phone name that is)) "Oh- no ma'am it's nothing like that, your daughter did nothing wrong." " . . . Then why are you calling me?" "Well,  you see, uh, god how do I say this... During the cram class- (and this would be the part where my mom interrupts him... again.)" "Cram class??! Wait! I don't remember her having the cram class!! It wasn't in her schedule!!" " uh.... right... yeah, it isn't in anyone's schedule.... it's a voluntary class after school... kind of like a petition, you sign up for it, and go. It's as simple as that. Anyways, your child was in cram class and there was sorta.... an attack and... well... the school needs to bring you in for questioning." "But-!! What happened to my baby girl??!" "*sigh* She was shot, with an anti demon bullet." "...." " and Instead of getting a mild shock, she.. she reacted. Bad. Currently she's in the hospital branch of the school getting treatment." "I-" " Ma'am.. if you don't mind me asking... just what are you?"

"A human...? Or.... one of them....?"

She wouldn't answer. Or better yet, she couldn't, answer.
