Louis’ P.O.V.

“Lou, you ok?” Harry walks into my bedroom, looking at me sympathetically.

“I’m- I’m fine I guess. I guess I didn’t see this coming…” I shyly respond.

Last night, I saw a picture of Eleanor kissing another guy at the club. I called her last night, we ended up fighting, and we broke up. I was surprisingly not as upset as I thought I would be. It is kind of a relief to end my relationship with Eleanor. The stress of keeping a long-distance relationship between her and me was hard and I’m glad there is one less thing for me to worry about.

“I guess I can focus on my career now.” I quietly say.

“That’s the spirit!” Harry says.

“Harry, can I tell you something?”

“Sure BooBear, what’s up?”

I laugh, he knows I hate being called BooBear.

“To be honest, I’m not that hurt. I mean, I loved Eleanor, I really did but it’s less to worry about you know?”

“Yeah, I understand you Lou, it’s okay, it’s normal to feel that way.”

I smile, knowing that my best friend will always be there for me.

Katie’s P.O.V.

Courtney and I were both picked to go the grocery shopping since we all just arrived yesterday. We go through each aisle, picking this and picking that from the rows of food and produce. Eventually, Courtney and I were ready to pay when I hear a shreak.

“Courtney,” I say, “Was that you?”

“KATIE YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS OH MY GOD!”

I roll my eyes, I could tell already that Courtney likes to over exaggerate things a little bit. Once I saw what she was looking at, I realize she wasn’t overreacting. The cover of the magazine read:

Louis Tomlinson and Eleanor Calder split for good!

I know Courtney is secretly happy because her favorite is Louis and now he’s single for the first time in over a year.

“Katie, it’s meant to be! They break up once we arrive in London! I have to buy this.”

I silently laugh, replying, “Okay Courtney, go buy it.”

As Courtney and I pack the final bags into the cab, we finally get home after spending over an hour and a half of finding all the food we needed. Unfortunately, I am the only one in the house that could really cook, as we learned about each other yesterday.

Courtney and I finally make it back to the apartment, dragging along all the bags full of food. I insert my key, we drag the bags to the kitchen, and release them from our hands onto the kitchen counter. A sign of relief washed over both Courtney and mine's hands.

Courtney and I both yell, in unison, “SAM, GAB, AND JAYME. PUT THE GROCERIES AWAY!”

We both smile to ourselves as the other girls come down, groaning.

“No complaints,” I said defensively, “You didn’t have to do the shopping and then carry them all up here.”

Jayme and Gab are well-on unpacking the groceries while Sam is just standing in the kitchen on her phone. She’s been glued to that thing recently, as if her entire life is in that phone.

“Sam….” I say.

“W-what?!” She yells as she slyly slips her phone into her back pocket.
