Katie’s P.O.V.
I walk into the apartment straight after Courtney and the aroma is so welcoming. I never thought the smell of flowers and food could be so wonderful and satisfying. I smile as I lightly place my body on the couch, elevating my injured left ankle.
“Katie, would you like anything?” Courtney asks me while she’s standing in the kitchen.
“Actually, can I have a water?” I look over at her and smile.
“Of course.” She flashes one back as she fills the glass of water. She comes over to me, placing the glass in my hand.
“Here you go, one glass of water!” Courtney laughs.
“Why thank you madaam!” I giggle.
Courtney sits next to me as the rest of the girls come downstairs too. Sam, Jayme, and Gab are all laughing as they walk down the staircase.
“What’s so funny girls? Did we miss something?” I ask.
“You have to hear this story,” Gab says between laughs and gasps for air, “it’s hysterical!”
“It’s really not that funny guys…” Jayme says, slightly embarrassed.
“OH BUT IT IS!” Sam yells and starts laughing along with Jayme.
“Come on, tell us!” Courtney smiles.
The three girls face each other, give Jayme the look of “it’s okay, no need to worry,” and then they all face Courtney and me.
“Alright, promise you girls won’t laugh too hard?” Jayme looks at us.
“Of course Jayme, now spit it out!” I can get impatient sometimes.
Jayme rolls her eyes as she begins her story.
Jayme’s P.O.V.
“Okay, so this is the story. So, back when I lived in Canada, about a year ago, I met the boys at a concert. I had regular VIP tickets so I was able to talk to them in a room while they answered questions and such. So I was with one of my friends and she whispers in my ear:
‘Jayme, Liam is staring at you’ and then she winked at me.
‘You’re joking, come on, help me up!’ I yell because we were sitting in a room and I kind of realized my voice was loud, louder than I thought.
So my friend grabs my one hand and then someone else grabs my other hand. I look up to see Liam smiling down at me.
‘I”ll help you up babe, come on!’ He pulled me up effortlessly with his one arm as he then rubbed my back. He flashed me a smile as I then spoke.
‘I love you, SO MUCH LIAM! YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND!’ I quickly covered my mouth in embarrassment as my cheeks turned a bright shade of pink. I remember he gave me a weird look and walked away. I was so embarrassed.
Now for the bad part. So when we got home yesterday, I got a text from Liam that said:
‘Oh my god.’
I literally went into panic mode, what if something happened to him or the boys or Harry in the hospital? So I quickly replied and this was his response:
‘I just remembered that I did meet you, a year ago, and you shouted that you loved me. I told the boys that story a year ago and they laughed so hard. I just told them now that girl is you and now they can’t stop laughing. When you see the boys again, be prepared for the worst Jayme!’
So Liam remembered my embarrassing moment, told the boys, and now I’m gonna be made fun of for the rest of my life.”
I look over at Katie and Courtney, who are in a fix of laughter.
