Well I am not a pro yet, I have personal experiences in child counselling, personality enhancing and English speaking.

With hundred percent results so far in English speaking the job satisfaction that I got was when I was able to groom teen age children who were buried in their dark holes and are now confident and successful today.

My definition of success is being happy and contented with whatever one is doing, yet progressive in nature with unnerving desire to excel in the same.

My best wishes to them....

I loved what I did and I am missing my job but I cannot practice it any longer due to my own personal issues.

I'd rather publish certain things that would help you in self grooming.

These ten steps to personal enhancement is my gift to all my friends who believe that reading can make a difference.

Again this is not a personality development book.

I do not believe in personality development.

I am a firm believer that god has gifted each of us with a well defined personality which makes us unique from others.

I believe in only adding a bit of confidence to your personality just as you add dressing to your salad or garnishing to your cupcake.
