Virgil's POV:

I stare out my window, watching the rain splatter on the sidewalk, going pitter, patter, pitter, patter. The noise comforts me. At least I know that other acts of nature are falling too.

Today Roman told me he has some special surprise for me. I already gave him his Valentine's Day present- which was a Mary Poppins shirt and a new sword- and he said he has two things for me. He already gave me one of them, which was a MCR shirt that says "I'm Not Okay I Promise" on it. I wonder what my other gift is. I don't know. I guess I'll find out soon.

I hear a knock on my door. "Come in!" I say.

Roman walks in with a bright smile on his face. Oh my, what is he up to now?

He sits down next to me on my bed and takes my hand in his. "How has your day been so far, dear?"

I smile, secretly loving him calling me dear. "It's been great. One of my best days yet. And the rain is a bonus."

Roman smiles. "I'm glad to hear it! So...are you ready for your other present?"

I nod. "I'm prepared for lift off!" Roman and me start laughing.

"Okay, well...its me singing a song for you. It's written by a singer you love- you'll know when you hear it- and I dedicate it to you because the 'boy'- I switched the genders- is totally you."

"Okay, well...begin."

A guitar riff begins and I recognize it. I gasp. MARILYN MANSON! MY FAVORITE MARILYN MANSON SONG! YAAAY!!!!

And my dear prince starts to sing~

I start to feel tears stream down my face and I run up to Princey and hug him. "That was beautiful and I love you so so so so so so so so so so much!"
