Lauren's P.O.V

Matty had just finished the Skype call. She had to go to town with her Mum. I'm not surprised Charlie likes her. She's nice, funny, and not afraid to speak her opinion. She was dead pretty.

She had long red hair, chocolate brown eyes and freckles.

'Charlie,' I exclaimed. 'No wonder you are madly in love with her!'

'It's not love,' Charlie mumbled awkwardly. 'It's just a liking.'

'Suuuuure,' Leondre said sarcastically. I laughed at him.

'So, Leondre,' I said. 'Any women in your life?'

'Who needs women,' he said. 'You can just have nutella!'

I rolled my eyes, and was about to reply, when a voice was heard from downstairs.

'LEO!'

Leondre's P.O.V.

'LEO!' I heard Mum call. I grinned excitedly, and grabbed Lauren's hand, and was nearly out the door when Charlie says, 'What about me?'

'No one cares,' I said, smirking.

'I care,' Lauren says. 'So Charlie, come with me to Narnia.'

Charlie burst out laughing, and then we all made our way to the sitting room. Mum stood up, and smiled at Lauren.

'Hello,' she said. 'I'm Victoria. You must be Leo's...' Mum looked at our entwined hands. 'Girlfriend?'

Lauren took her hand away from mine, and awkwardly put it behind her back. 'No. We're just friends,' Lauren said. 'He just holds my hand a lot for some reason.'

Charlie burst out laughing. I just grinned at him. 'Nice to see you, Charlie,' Dad said. Dad then walked up and shook Lauren's hand.

'Nice to meet you,' He said. 'I'm Antonio. I heard you're into Brazil.'

'I am,' she said. 'Into their soccer team, I mean.'

'Did you see when they played against Holland, when the Dutch player handballed it,' Dad said. I'd say he was happy there was finally someone who supported Brazil, because him and Lauren got into a big long chat about the soccer.
