~Four Years Ago~

"What are we going to do? We are both responsible for this, you have to stay and help me!" The female dragon worried. The male blue dragon paced. As worry and shame filled his head, he wondered on what he was going to do. He then turned to the tall burgundy female and broke the silence, "Believe me, I wish I could stay, but we cannot forget our responsibilities."

As the two sat with fear in their hearts, they thought of what could come of such a risky decision. The Skywing then spoke, "Tigerfish, you know that I can't do this alone." He responds, "I know, but what can we do to raise it? if anyone finds out, they won't even look at us. With that reputation, no one will help us and we won't be able to keep it safe Robin." Robin begins to feel tears run down her scales as her love holds her in his talons. The couple sit together with heavy hearts for the options for their unhatched dragonet.

The Seawing then releases his mate with last resort in his mind. "What if we give it to...the tal-...the Talons of Peace"? Shock fills her eyes at what Tigerfish questioned. "WHAT! HOW CAN YOU EVEN SAY SOMTHING LIKE THAT? WHY WOULD YOU EVEN SUGGEST GIVEING OUR EGG TO A DISGRASE ORGANIZATION LIKE THAT"? Robin stands, thrashing her wings around in the heat of her anger. blindsided by her rage, she fires a burst of flames at a tree. The ball of heat hit the tree, knocking it down towards the motionless egg. In a flash of blue, the quick father grabbed the egg and avoided the tree, saving the innocent egg from destruction.

Tigerfish then turns to his love to see a flash of fear and regret shot across her face. The burgundy Skywing ran to her mate and egg to assure their safety. "Oh my! Are you alright, what about the egg"! The sky-blue Seawing rose to his feet with his egg in he claws, free of any damage and scratches. "It is fine, the egg is still in perfect condition. The dragonet maybe a little shaken, but I think that it will be ok". With reassurance filling Robin's mind, she saw what would happen if this egg were to stay with them, what danger could await their only born.

The couple waited until the cover of night and took their egg to hidden location of the Talons of Peace. They both knew that if they were caught by any other dragons, all would be in danger and could possibly lose their lives. The different dragons arrived at the low-key campsite and placed their egg near a sleeping dragon. Robin began to fill with sorrow as she felt she would never see her dragonet grow. Tigerfish's gut feeling kicked in. He grabbed a scroll and ink from a strangers bag and wrote a name on the parchment. "What are you doing?" Robin whispered. Tigerfish replied, "I am writing a name for our egg."

Robin then looked over his shoulder at the name on the parchment. Though she wondered if the name would truly fit the dragonet's name and or gender, she trusted her mates instincts enough to not question it.

Tigerfish rolled up and place the scroll next to the egg and kissed the egg in hopes he would see the dragonet that lay with in. As sadness filled their hearts, they leave the now orphan egg to be raised with the heart of the kind, and the soul of the morally just.
