Bella and Edward were back in Arizona staying with Renee for a few days while the rest of the Cullen family stayed alert ready for Victoria. The seven vampires stood in the woods waiting for the redhead and Alive signal. She had a vision of Victoria here and this was there chance to end her once and for all. Destin has thought about her biological mother quiet often lately. She hated the feeling but she couldn't bring herself to kill her if it came down to it, Destin remembered the memories she shared with her mother. The times they laughed and ran threw the meadow, or when Victoria would leave little sticky notes in Destin's lunch kit after she dropped her off at middle school, or the times she would embarrass her in high school after dropping her off there or when Destin had friends over. Rosalie looked over at the girl; worried. Destin just stared at the ground thinking about her birth mother that was trying everything to get her back, but kill her best friend and her family in the process.

"You sure this is where you saw her?" Jasper asked his short haired mate. She continued to stare.

"She's almost here" Alice told him. A few moments past when the family saw a flash of red in the trees.

"On your left" Alice told her family as the acted fast speeding off into the direction. They were all in different directions trying to get to her. Destin was only a few feet behind her when suddenly Victoria turned and stared at her. Destin should have reached out and tore her to pieces then and there; but as always she cowered down and could bare to lay a finger into Victoria. The rest of the Cullen family wasn't far behind them; staring. They needed to attack but each and ever one of them knew Destin needed this quick moment.

"You're so beautiful Destin. You are so beautiful baby" Victoria voice cracked staring at her daughter. Destin's lip quivered. Victoria reached out and touched the side of her face; Destin let her.

"I didn't want to ever hurt you. You know that right? Yo i where the only thing I wanted to keep safe, and I couldn't do that. I think about you all the time Dest. I'm your mother, i'll always be your mother" Victoria told her as she fluffed her daughters hair and the. reached out the put her hands on her neck before adding, "that's why if I can't have you as my daughter, no one else will either"

That's when the Cullen's ran forward before Victoria could do any damage. Destin stayed in place as they all ran forward. She could only stare and whimper. A sound of growling and teeth hissing snapped Destin out of her thought as she sprinted toward her family, afraid one of the wolfs where hurt. As she came to a hult she met Esme's eyes; they looked upset and field with guilty. She looked away. Destin then saw Paul in wolf form growling and bowing up to Emmett who was in the water on the boarded of the Cullen land and Wolf treaty.

"Emmett walk away and he'll calm down" Destin told him. Emmett slowly walked away and Destin gave Paul a little nod. Seeing Paul always sets a nerve in both the wolf and vampire. Destin felt very much okay when Paul held onto her, and Paul felt calm and not so much on edge. The wolfs backed away slowly but one wolf stayed as he whimpered and laid her body on the floor staring at Destin. Embry saw the hurt in her eyes when she showed up. He also heard that Victoria said to her.

"It's okay Em" Destin reassured him sending him a soft smile before jumping the treaty line to put her hands on his fur, running her fingers threw it softly. He nuzzled into her chest with his snout. Destin looked back at her family standing on the other side.

"You gonna be okay?" Jasper asked her. Anyone could tell out of all the Cullen's, Jasper knew how to read Destin much more then the others could. He knew the feelings she felt at times and he helped as much as possible.
