But I'm not
It was done for a cause
That you don't believe in
The cause of self love
And preservation of happiness
Because you
You killed all of it
With your hateful words
And contempt filled stares
You didn't believe in anything but you
So I left
Fulfilled the sense of rebellion that had been growing in my body
Sprawling through my mind
Adrenaline surging
Heart pumping
I walked through that door
And finally
I was free
