In a boarding school where music is forbidden, two rival bands: Kings and the Harps, join forces in hopes of bringing music back into their lives in this classic musical of self-discovery and growing up.

Every five years, BYE Boarding School allows reinstatements to its educational system. Ten years ago, the new principal of BYE introduced and enforced the ban on music in school grounds. Instruments were not allowed on campus. Phones would be confiscated if music were to be found on it. Even humming was prohibited. Five years ago, six brave students were willing enough to break the ban—but, instead, they were banned from ever coming back to BYE. Five years later, another group of six have taken up the mantle. They are hardworking, they are headstrong, they... hate each other.

After Person C—a cellist's—departure from the afterschool Orchestra, Person A— the leader—decided that before she graduates she wanted to make an impact on the school. In order to make the least years of her youth memorable, she enlists the help of the infamous Person B—the girl who was suspended for creating Kings, the band that got banned. Together, with the help of friends, they try to bring music back to their school.
