The life of the Spirits.

Chapter 14.

Getting to the ball was a hastle, each child was given their own room to change into their new clothes

and, wait for the ball to begin. Each room had a fancy bed a dresser and a table with a mirror. The

dressers contained the new clothes. The tables posesed trinkets perfumes deoderints and a crown for

each of them. Everyone got ready and met in the ball room and sat on their throwns that had been

grasiously placed there for the evening event. Soon the guests started arriving, a symphony started

playing while the guests were dancing. As each guest arrived their names were announced  and they

walked on a red carpet to where they bowed to the king queen and "their children".  Many offered to

dance with the princesses but they refused to and still sat on the chairs. Tim Zach and Deke were

dancing with every girl they could dance with having the time of their lives. A young boy dressed in a

navy sailor suit walked up to Sydney sitting with Cassie and bowed. Sydney nodded her head like a

lady. The young boy held his hand as if asking Sydney to dance with him. He then silently said " i love

you sydey" Both girls eyes got so big. It was SAM!!. Sydneys crush and crusher. Sydney accepted

and he led her to the dance floor. Not to long after a handsome dark haired fellow came up to Cassie

and bowed for aention. He held out his hand and asked her to dance. How could she resist, he was

gorgeous! Oh wait... Hunter is how she could resist. But Hunter was no where to be seen so why not.

She stood up and held out her hand for the stranger. The butler motioned something to the conducter,

and the conductor stoped his orchestra and whispered something. He started a most famous waltz

once Cassie had taken the strangers hand, he led her to the floor of the ball room. The song started

quiet, but then it got louder and was dramatic. The blue danube waltz. There were fast parts and slow

parts. A few moments in and people joined in the dancing. The were parts when they switched

partners and switched back and danced and danced. There was two parts that was nothing but

spinning really fast. One towards the end and one at the end. It was so beautiful the way Cassie and

the boy danced. Once done Cassie had never noticed that Kiara and Jordan and Maggie had been

dancing next to her the whole time. They all curtsied to each other, then they hugged each other so

hard because they were so happy to see each other after so long. The guards came over and pushed

Maggie, Jordan, and Kiara away from Cassie.

"At least 2ft away from the princess at all times unless you are a gentleman dance partner."

"But there my friends, you cant boss them around. Hurt them and i'll hurt you."

The gaurd looked at Cassie and took his staff up horazontally and shoved the three friends to the

ground.

"Is that a challenge?!" Cassie asked intimadatedly.
