➳ introduction: the author's note you need to read before you begin the book, so READ.
•
↬ like the "origins" note implies, this is going to be a pretty...intense book.
↬ our main leads have a boundless depth when it comes to emotions - pls keep this in mind
↬ our main leads come from wealthy families with political backgrounds, yes -- but this story is not about politics.
↬ this is quite a long story. it's a slow burn, yes - but more than that, there's also a lot happening. hence the book might have a lot of chapters.
but i can promise you that no chapter will be a "filler" chapter and will always hold necessary content↬ Although in the beginning it might seem like there are two couples, IT IS NOT THE CASE. there are only two main leads, and the story will be told through their POV.
this book follows the storyline of ONE man and ONE woman. just ONE couple.↬ prologue "Chapter 00" is a particular scene being narrated as it is, not from anyone's POV. none of the characters having a conversation happen to be the main leads.
•
↬ tiny author's request here: i really, really love feedback, so do be generous with it ;)
i pour every bit of myself into my stories/plots/characters and the only thing that feels like a reward is sitting back and watching y'all react :'D so whether it's general comments, or inline comments, or whatever -- do feel free to let me know how something makes you feel<3

RomanceIt's a fact that you can't help who you fall in love with. And for Rosaline Davenport and him, it definitely shouldn't have been each other. Because, sometimes, love stories have blood on them. [warning: this is the mother of all slow-burns] •...
